Successful day yesterday - all chores done, visit to friend and a NSD. Fab!

Today a different story, Church this morning which was nice as first of the year for me. Then stopped in the local shop on way back and think my caffeine/choc addiction took over and a quick shop for washing powder turned into chocolate, diet coke, crisps, mags, fruit flakes, choc crossaint, newspaper...oh and the washing powder that I intended to only by - I feel sooooooooo bad and not to mention sick after my mass consumption of rubbish :-(

Still not going to dwell on it, i'm now on a mission to spring (winter) clean the house from top to bottom. Tomorrow is kind of like my new year start for resolutions etc as this weeks been manic and we were away for new year so only just getting back to normal.

A friend and I are going to try and cut out/stop caffeine from our diets, we both have a lot of coffee, coke and chocolate....so tomorrow is a going to be tough. I hear that the side effects are quite horrible early on....from someone who drinks at least 10 coffees a day, if not more it's not going to be easy, not to mention the diet coke and choc. Still it'll prove better for me in the long run, i'm sure.

Anyhow, no list for today. Will update with my achievements later!

Good luck on giving up caffeine, I've usually had headaches when I do that. I'm sure it will be worth it though!

Thanks, I really want to stop it as think it's making me have mood swings if I don't have it....that's not right! Either that or i'm just a proper moody mare! Lol!

Phew! I'm pooped, have spring cleaned the entire house today...although stopped short at really going through the spare room. It's tidy but there is so much sorting I just couldn't face it - a job for me and OH me thinks. Or perhaps i'll get some motivation for it later on. For now it's a chill out on the sofa me thinks

Times up! Had enough of doing things and now want to veg! Got a lot of invites written and ready to take the post office tomorrow so I am pleased about that. We've still a few to decide on whether day or eve so will have to wait until OH gets in (running late )as to what we are going to do....decisions decisions eh!

It's my day off tomorrow so morning will be spend skyping sis in Australia, posting invites, probably some more wedding bits and then coffee with friend and popping to garden centre to see if can't pick up a few more bits for the wedding in sense of decoration reception venue. We're in quite a rustic barn so want to keep it quite natural and not over the top. Lady who owns it has already put some clear fairly lights around the wooden beams and with tables, flowers etc I think it'll look amazing...so just a few bits put about. Gutted as it has a thatched roof we can't have candles and the fake ones look rubbish...hey ho, can't have everything can we now!

Anyway enough yappings from me. Need to check online banking tom again, payday on Friday and I should have credit in current acc (get me!) so this month will be good...budget budget budget all the way
