This technology isn't future proof. In a few years time these wont be on the market any more because whatever you are using them in will have moved on and a new product will use different memory. So the argument that you need to spend the full price so it will last is stupid, because like I have said, mines lasted over a year. And it DOES have a 3 year warranty against it breaking.

So basically I have bought a memory card for a tenner which is 50 quid elsewhere and it's gonna last me for at least three years (even if i have to replace it). And in three years time I wont need anymore anyway so I will not be paying anymore money than I already have! Why pay more!!!!!

This forum is about saving money!! And me buying these from ebay is legal on my part otherwise ebay wouldn't let me. So I myself am not breaking the law. And i'm saving money!!! If you wanna be all moral and buy it officiall then so be it, but i'm saving a lot more cash!

Of course you are still liable.
If I steal a car and sell iton ebay and you buy it, you are still liable to lose it? Or shall we just blame ebay

I have these for cheap, you people pay lots of money for them, I save money, you get the satisfaction of knowing your going to heaven for doing the right thing. We're all happy

You are saying you would do it again, so you do know. You do realise that chinese fakes fund the triads etc?

There are plenty of cheap, legal, alternatives

That's fine but don't encourage other people who aren't aware of the fake cards to do what you are doing! Don't tell them to buy fake cards when you know it's not right.

I for one would gladly sell my house and children and leave the money at his doorstep knowing full well when I came back the money and the doorstep would be gone lol
