You can actually live in Chelsea for £300 pounds a month, no only the council have options and benefits for key workers, housing associations do as well. And you can always join other key workers to share a property. I worked for 10 years in Chelsea and if you think all are multimillionaires you are not informed enough to make a comment about it. There are still a lot of flats and old properties, plenty of council flats and housing states in Chelsea where rents are much lower that what you pay for a mansion.
