It's sad news to hear of Gary Speed's death, but what's his death got to do with this thread?
I don't understand what you're trying to do..........
All that's been asked of you is how you pay rent to live in Chelsea, and all you do is start whittering on about mental illness and desperation.
Hear hear.:(0 -
brit1234 is a sad excuse for a poster as I have ever seen.
He claims to be a Police Officer ... now, they aren't known for their intelligence - but he is beneath that.
He claims to be living in Chelsea for £300 a month - which makes him un-intelligent AND stupid.
He brings the sad death of a well regarded sportsman into the thread for his own purposes - which makes him beneath contempt.
The poster brit1234 is a dispicable member of this board.Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0 -
Christ, do these crash freaks have nothing better to do? Thankfully, they're now few and far between on MSE, but a hardcore element of delusionist still persists. The good people who come here for house buying advice would be renters for life if that lot had their way.
Do us a favour and disappear back to your little HPC cult.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
A lot of storytellers on the internet and Brits the worst one about. Hes hoping property will fall and fall and fall but hes been hoping that for years now and hes wasting his life. Its very sad in some ways
Property prices in London and the south east always hold their price well in comparison to the rest of the country. That's why Brit dreams about living in Chelsea!:rotfl:
Only problem he's got, you've got to be a billionaire to live in Chelsea, and traffic wardens don't earn much money!0 -

Regarding assets - you haven't got any. That's why you're striving to save for a deposit.
Stop daydreaming and get back to your job.
YOU make yourself look stupid..i bought march 2010 for cash..:T and i have retired at 42..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -

Maybe Brit 1234 is a Chelsea Pensioner :-)0

Surely the name of this thread should be house prices crashing now. :j:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

You can actually live in Chelsea for £300 pounds a month, no only the council have options and benefits for key workers, housing associations do as well. And you can always join other key workers to share a property. I worked for 10 years in Chelsea and if you think all are multimillionaires you are not informed enough to make a comment about it. There are still a lot of flats and old properties, plenty of council flats and housing states in Chelsea where rents are much lower that what you pay for a mansion.0
