The Wirral WALLASEY side is where the cheap properties are, while the the Wirral (which I believe is to to the south of the peninsula is the better part.
Wow you clearly don't know what you're talking about, The Wirral is a peninsula...... Do you know what a peninsula is??? I'm guessing not otherwise we wouldn't be having this debate.:wall:0 -

.....as for assetts if only you knew..:T
Google 'micro-pigs.' These guys are going the same way, make no mistake.0 -
Oh I do. They're allegedly miniature donkeys that you keep in your garden sandpit so the kids can pretend they're at the seaside. Yeah, well, it's all fine till the hormone treatment wears off and they grow up.

Jesus what have you drank today...;)It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
breadlinebetty wrote: »WHAT falling prices you talking about?:p They might be falling where YOU live (AHEM!!) but the good areas are holding their prices very well indeed.breadlinebetty wrote: »By the way, are you one of Brits or Geoffs sock puppets? Funny you know all the posters yet you've only made 22 posts - you thick donut!:rotfl:
OK your mentalism is actually scaring me a bit now.
Anyhoooo...I'm going to knock this thread on the head after this post. My aim was to expose your faux concern for FTBs ("quick buy now before prices shoot up") as the self-serving tosh it really is. You and your alter-egos are clearly desperate to recruit 'greater fools' than yourself to prop up the price of your house, as you so amply demonstrated with your comedic about-turn over the government-backed mortgages scheme. So hopefully any potential FTBs reading the rubbish you post will take that into account.
BTW, I reckon seeing the IP address posting on this thread would be very enlightening...
Til next time betty (or whoever you are)0 -
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:too hard for you to understand? there is no such town or village as Wirral...as for assetts if only you knew..:T
Who said the Wirral was a village ? You ned to pipe down Geoffky, you're making yourself lok as daft as Brit (is he your lovechild by any chance?)
Regarding assets - you haven't got any. That's why you're striving to save for a deposit.
Stop daydreaming and get back to your job.0 -

16 people thanking a post that says rent is dead money?
Will I get 16 thanks if I suggest paying for public transport, a taxi, or indeed, any other service is dead money because you haven't taken a stake in the taxi firm?
I thought this board was the more moderate. Seems not! Not everyone has a deposit sloshing around in the bank, ready and able to buy. Not everyone simply thinks "oh, I know, I'll choose to rent over buying". But it seems many of you think this is the case.
It's not dead money. It pays for a house for you and your family.
People are even formatting their text in large font and bold, JUST to get their insult across! And how many new accounts are signing up to state the same thing!?
Rent IS dead money. You never see it back do you?!:(
Pay a mortgage for 10 years and you see that money back -plus more! OH, and you've had the luxury privilege of living in a house too - for nothing!0 -

Your article shows nothing. It excludes key worker accommodation such police flats, section house, nhs flats, other key worker flats. You nothing on this subject.

You're PARANOID Brit. I bet it's YOU who's having mental health treatment.
Why don't you stop cluching at straws? As soon as your LIE was exposed :rotfl:you tried to shift the spotlight from it by making out nearly every member on here is Nollag!:rotfl: You plantpot!
Getback to the point!
WHY DID YOU MAKE OUT YOU LIVE IN CHELSEA - WHEN YOU CLEARLY DO NOT?
You cannot rent a place in Chelsea for £300 a month! Thicko!
Furthermore, even if you were a keyworker - you would not be given THOUSANDS of pounds a month to live in the VERY EXPENSIVE Chelsea!
You're claiming that you're able-bodied and sound of mind - so why can't you travel to work? There's lots of areas outside of Chelsea (just a few miles - 20 minutes travel time) where you could live. Are you telling US that the government are paying thousands of pounds a month for YOU to live in a flat in an area fit for James Bond?!:rotfl:
You thicko!0
