Eeeeeeeeeeeew you prized turnip you!
Bet you've never even been to London in your life!:o
I can't believe how dense you are. Have you ever been to London yourself?
Stamford Bridge is on the very edge of the Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham and Royal borough of Kensington & Chelsea. The stadium itself is just in Fulham with everything to the East Chelsea.
Here is a map for the stupid people who don't understand. In the centre is the Stadium. The tube line to the side is the effective border into Chelsea with SW10 postcodes.
Check your facts before calling some one a liar.

Even a dog wouldn't hear the cheering of Stamford Bridge from Chelsea! Brit's either
1. A compulsive liar
2. Suffering from a mental condition and hears voices
3. Lives in a fantasyworld:DSo who is Brit exactly? Is he the Mystic Meg of predictions? Russell Grant maybe?:pI think we should nominate Brit the Drip of the Year award and send him a donut!:j
How sad Nollag that you have to make up new user names above to continue to throw insults. Yet you keep avoiding questions about house prices and the economy. All you seem to do is follow people round with insults. Thats very constructive and not child like at all.
Seriously I think you have a mental health issue. Its not normal to make up a half dozen fake user ids and launch insults. There must be more to your life some where.
I actually pitty and feel sorry for you.
On a serious note you should try to recognise you need help. Read the link below:
http://www.wlmht.nhs.uk/service/hounslow-community-mental-health-team/
Once you do get help your condition can improve. I deal with mental health people all the time and your actions are just not right, you need to get help.
PM if you want a private chat, maybe I can speak to people on your behalf. I have almost 9 years in dealing with this sort of thing and can help.
Good luck.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

Isn't it about time this thread was carted off to where it really belongs?

Brit,
You talk crap. You're stupid, ignorant and thick
Stamford Bridge is in Fulham. It's next to Chelsea but it's nowhere near enough to hear the cheers! I am a born and bred Londoner (I actually live in Fulham) so don't talk !!!! to me you little fantasist.
You're nutty, and I don't believe you're a mental health worker. A user of their services more like!
Nollag you live in Hounslow not Fulham. Just because you were born in London doesn't give you a phd in the acoustic range of stadium noise.
I am not a mental health worker, but i do work with them regularly whilst sectioning people. Your actions are not normal and you need help. You have even replied to my previous post in two alter egos, you need help.
:exclamatiModerators can this thread be removed, its be created by one member with 14 accounts to post abuse, it will put off decent MSE readers:exclamati:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

My mother was in the same place as 2 of the Savills salesmen that sold our house, who are projecting a 0.5% loss in value over the next year.
This was last night!💙💛 💔0 -
He's a saddo. We get his type coming on holiday and they make out their loaded, got loads of money, property, live in London Belgravia or Surrey......load of b0llocks. They feel inadequate so they have to live ina dreamworld cos their lifes losers.
I have added yet another of your fake IDs Nollag to the list above. You are not fooling anyone and your foul language is not appropriate for a public forum where children have access.
15 fake MSE ids to post abuse is not the actions of a sound person:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

Ho ho ho!
So Brit doesn't just lie through his teeth................he gets everything wrong too!
He WRONGLY predicted properties would fall by 50% by Christmas - HO HO HO -............
and he doesn't even know Chelsea Football Cllub (Stamford Bridge) is not in Chelsea - it's in FULHAM!!! Ho ho ho!
What a plonker!:rudolf:
He's paranois as well. And has a persecution complex.
Something's really wrong with the man. If he seriously thinks anyone could be bothered to hound HIM on the net he's more delusional than he comes across! As if Nollag is that interested the stupid idiot!
Brit has tripped himself up big time about living in Chelsea, and he's trying to worrm and wriggle...what a repulsive little man he is0 -
I think it's you, Brit, who has multiple accounts.
And it's you whose been proved to be the established liar.:o
For someone who tries to make out they're savvy you're incredibly stupid. To make out you live in Chelsea (paying just over £300 a month!) is something a spotty 15-year-old delinquent would come out with. To make things even worse, you make out you can hear the cheers from Stamford Bridge football ground - when that is in Fulham!:money:
Furthermore, even if you were a keyworker on a low wage, you don't seriously think the government would pay for you to live in Chelsea do you?! They have a cap on how much they'll top up to - and they would never pay thousands each month to let you (a keyworker) live in Chelsea! LOL You're dreaming, boy!
As for the second part of your post - properties do dip sometimes - but then they rise again. So as regards EQUITY - that's just on paper. It's only important when or if you sell.:) And as mortgage rates are so LOW - repayments are often LESS than rents! So it certainly IS NOT money down the drain - and unlike your RENT which you will NEVER recover - homeowners will recover their repayments when their properties go up and they decide to trade up or just liquidise their assets.
And you know they go up - which is why YOU'RE so desperate to buy!
You say you're waiting to buy - but you'll have a very long wait - cos properties are going to be worth at least DOUBLE what they are now in 10 years time - and you'll NEVER afford one then.
Anyway, I'd like you to tell me what you hope to happen if YOU ever got on the property ladder? Would you like them to drop? Bet you wouldn't! You're hoping they'll RISE! lol
Hypocrite springs to mind......
If you don't think properties are ever going to rise what do you want to buy one for anyway? They're a waste of money according to you!
Sour grapes anyone?:D
I notice Brits hasn't replied to your post! Funny that!:p
Who'd like to be that's becasue he can't!:D0 -
It was Mr Ree who said £30,000 in rent and I corrected him saying £12,000. I wouldn't believe what Mr Ree says as he is one of the multiple accounts of Sibley an established liar.
As for money down the drain I say you are clearly wrong. £12,000 to live 3 years in Chelsea whilst saving twice that into my housing account.
Tell me how I can get a mortgage with repayments in SW10 at about £350-375 a month?
Also I have the flexibility to buy when I want, very useful in a falling market. You talk of renting as money down the drain, I ask you in return what is buying an over inflated property, seeing it drop in value and still paying a mortgage for all the equity you lost. That is money down the drain.
I haven't even mentioned reduced journey times by renting and quality of life.
I will buy when I want too but not when prices are still artificially high and falling each month.
When you don't agree with someone you accuse them of having multiple accounts! Nollag, Cybil - what's wrong with you, man?
You're not very bright are you? We live in a 24-hour society now, there's thousands of nightworkers (you're one yourself aren't you? supposedly?) plus shift workers, not to mention people living abroad (Australia for example - look at Gerenerali- he never STOPS posting all the way from there!) and is the is the WORLD WIDE WEB you get people coming on and reading throughout the night you idiot.
You really are paranoid and delusional.
But I'm still waiting for you to reply to that EXCELLENT post made by Spudbeast! Why don't you answer it?
Go ooooon! If you're not lying you'll be able to! Don't avoid the issue Brit, you already look a prized pratt!0
