Ha ha you fool as if someone would go to that much trouble to create that many accounts.
You can remove my name from that list also, you been found out keep digging that hole.
I wouldn't be surprised if it's Brit himself doing it. He is barking, and he spends all his waking time on here. He's actually on here now - so as he's single (so he said) we can safely say his date didn't turn up tonight!:p
He's on here ALL THE TIME trying to talk property values down to ten bob to suit his pocket:D so maybe he's decided to drum up some opposition cos everyone's bored with him - and if a bunch of people just keep agreeing there can't be any discussion can there?
He's been on here for YEARS - predicting properties will DROP MASSIVELY. In fact, in 3 days from now they're going to MASSIVELY drop according to him!:rotfl:0 -
OK BRIT.
I know you're online reading this thread (;)) so answer the following please:)
This is a piece from Keyworkers.org http://www.keyworkers.org/index.php/faq.html#faq10
What level of rents will be charged for 'intermediate rent' homes?
You are likely to pay around 75% to 80% of the local market rent for the type of property you live in. You would have an assured shorthold tenancy while you remain a key worker.
So...........now we have ESTABLISHED that keyworkers (if they're eligible) have to pay arounf 75% to 80% of the local market rent - can you tell us how you manage to pay rent on a flat in Chelsea, which has one of the highest rents in the country?!:)
You told us you pay £4000 pa (£12,000 for 3 years) which works out at £333 a month. Which means your flat in Chelsea is only about £400 a month rent - that's the rental on a garage in Chelsea (see post way back!:p)
Explain please.:D0 -

He'll also be neighbours of those Loto winners who bagged £100million a few weeks back!:p
They won't fit into Chelsea either.......
I think this is the house they're buying.....

Honestly people. I have read the whole of this thread with a a sort of car crash fascination. Rarely has so little of value been exchanged in such a lengthy thread. Instead, the bulk of recent posts comprise a mutual slagathon between one or more people who think one thing and one or more other people who believe another. Maybe some actual considered opinion coming back to the thread might be of use?
Oh, and btw, I am nobody's alias, I just post seldom.
I will come back later with some considered opinion.....Moving house - more debt - bigger house0 -

This site is for everyone and everyone's entitled to their own opinions. It's not just YOURS and Brits opinion that counts you know!
After all, Brit's proved himself to be a LIAR - so he's about as useful as a pound of prunes when you've got the runs!!
Aand stop licking Miss Kool's behind - you've NO chance!
Of course I have no chance; as much chance in fact as you have of influencing the housing market via your pathetic rantings on here.
As for my opinion, I haven't expressed it, except to say that this thread belongs over on the Dark Side,in the 'Debate' broom cupboard, though that would be too good for it now.
Have a nice day, all of you....:)0 -
I don't think anyone on here is deluded enough to think they can influence the housing market. After all, everyone needs (and wants) a home, and there are about 63 Million people in the UK, and they don't all read this thread! Haha!
But the HPC brigade were deluded enough to believe they could somehow influence the property market by trying to talk it down ( a few stragglers are on here - or defected when the HPC team crashed - oh the irony!)
Ultimately, people NEED homes, and if they can afford to buy one they will do. Whatever you or I think. We're not professionals or economists, and even THEY get it wrong, so property buyers (FTB's too) aren't going to take notice of you or me!
People on here are just giving their views, that's the point of the forum.
Unfortunately, you do have the Brit characters who tell out and out lies and have an agenda, but he and they will be spouting the same old tosh until they're carted off to the old folks home.......and they STILL won't have bought their own little castle.
You were doing really well till the last para, when the abuse crept in. Never mind, C+ for effort.
Oh by the way, you missed my main point, I think. This forum is not set up for debate. There's already a place for that you see.0 -

Well I agree with everything said in SP's post. The last paragraph may have been unecessary but it is the truth. Brit has been proved to be a liar and he has an agenda. Anyone can see that! He still hasn't come back to answer the numerous questions - and we all know why.
He's lying about where he lives. You CANNOT rent a flat in Chelsea for £330 a month - he must be insane to even make it up. So of course he's going to get people mocking him and laughing at him. Anyway, whether it's off topic or not, it IS all to do with house prices etc so I don't see what your problem is. There's thousands of other threads you can read if this one isn't to your liking.0 -

You still obviously don't understand all aspects and different range of options. I am not intermediate rent and I am not going to disclose any more as you are clearly very sick.
What kind of idiot creates 18 or accounts and thanks there own accounts with all 18 of their over accounts. It stinks of desperation and mental illness.
With the sad death of Gary Speed I strongly recommend you get help with your condition.
I will place all of your fake accounts on an ignore list and never speak to you a deeply troubled sick fool.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

It's sad news to hear of Gary Speed's death, but what's his death got to do with this thread?
I don't understand what you're trying to do..........
All that's been asked of you is how you pay rent to live in Chelsea, and all you do is start whittering on about mental illness and desperation. :cool:0
