Complaint letter sent to bcard. Fingers crossed it does some good.
I was thinking why hadn't bcard sold my debt on? Wondering if I should do our DMP myself? The trouble is even 5years on I still can't get my head around how things work.:(
Called into pound shop at diner time, spent £20. Went to supermarket on way home spent £45, got petrol £30. Also got £50 cash, Avon order comes tomorrow (£18) does include bday present.
Still on 7NSD's.
Kids have sports club in the morning.....who invented astro turf!!:rotfl:

I woke up with a bad head (felt like I'd had a night on the town!!) have taken some painkillers so hopefully I'll start to feel human again shortly. DS2 not feeling very well either so OH and DS3 have gone to sports club......which is now inside a sports hall.
Finished off a load of washing in the TD, not sure I'll wash everything today, haven't got enough to airing space to put it all.
Updated spending diary/budget, sent DS £50. Have logged onto our DMP and now that one debt has finished that £54 has been spread amongst the other outstanding debts. We are now paying bcard £120 per month instead of £110.37 (I hope that doesn't effect my missions to get the interest reduced). But the lowest debt which is now £189 I wish we could of paid the £54 towards that and got that paid off in 4 months......I know it doesn't work like that through step change.
DS3 is off to a bday party this afternoon. It's at a farm and they get home cooked food after, told him to fill his boots and that should be him sorted for tea.:D
Have opened windows everywhere except DS2s bedroom, we've got terrible condensation, once this debt has gone new windows will the first on the list.......after a holiday.:)
Xx

Hope you and son are feeling better? Brrr to opening all the windows! Perhaps it's warmer in your neck of the woods than here!
I agree it's a shame you can't just pay off another of the (now) smaller debts in short order. But I guess gratifying and motivating to have at least knocked one off the list.
When does yor eldest finish his course abroad? I guess that will free up some more cash.
I thought of you when I pegged out some washing yesterday and today. My Mum always said there was no point between November and March but it seems to at least dry a bit.
I hope you have a good rest of the weekend.

We didn't have the windows open for long Verbatim.....it was a bit cool. :rotfl:
Not sure how long DS has left, it's up to him really., although will be a max of 4 years.
You kmow i love a bit of pegging out. I do peg out even if it's not going to dry very much. I always think a little bit is better than nothing.:)
Small spend at bday party on coffee and a slice of cake for me and OH.

Hi brizzle, yeah it is a long time and we do miss him terribly but like you say what an opportunity and his experiences are priceless. He did have a sponsor which helped but now it's just us and his scholarship money.
Yesterday and today were NSDs, up to 9.
Had heating on again tonight, will have heated air on overnight. It isn't very MSE, I'm just going for the convenience at the moment.....naughty naughty.
We've got a family meal coming up. Have checked the menu on line so have an idea on how much we will need, £50-£60 (includes drinks).
Also friend off to warehouse so will ask her to get some bits we usually have from there, cat food etc.
It's funny seem to be spending more money in the short term to save money in the long term!!

Today was a LSD, just had to get milk.
Friend getting warehouse stuff on Thursday, should come to £50ish (saving is about £20).
Spending diary/budget up to date. Will need to get petrol tomorrow.

Certainly is brizzle. Good job really we've got lots of travelling to do this weekend with the kids sports clubs.
Still on 9 NSDs.
On Thursday paid for warehouse stuff, £54 (does include cat food). Tonight I've spent £45 in supermarket. Will take a packed lunch tomorrow as we are traveling 'miles away'.
Managed to get some brand new shoes off fleabay, £3.00 plus postage....a bargain.
Need to raise some money for DSs flights. Have got stuff to sell just need to 'put it up' for sale.
Have booked haircut for next week, OH desperate for a trim too.

I pegged out today.....yay. Just needs airing.
Had a long day driving to DSs footie. Doubt the petrol I have left will last until Thursday. :-(
Spends at football were £4, 1 tea, 1 can of pop and tray of chips. I did take food but keeping up appearances and all that.
Nothing planned for tomorrow, just normal housework and chilling out stuff......and get some stuff up for sale!!
