Right Alice, we need to be really really good this week with our healthy diet.... kick me if I fall off the wagon
Itsa - it's a deal, I know all about this healthy eating I've just got to stick to it. I also read an article that said a similar thing, it suggested that we should cook everything from scratch - no packets and nothing processed. I do try and cook everything from scratch but just don't always have the time........or the energy.
At work we are supplied with tokens for hot drinks (3 per day) so I get hot chocolate and then take them home for OH and kids. I tend to stick to water all day but have a cup of tea in the morning. I could try water with a slice of lemon to start the day. xxDMP with CCCS started Jan12 £34,906 Jan13 £31,893 Jan14 £26,836 Jan15 £21,894 Jan16 £16,839 Jan17 £14,415 Jan19 £12,938ish Jan19 £9,649 Jan20 £6612 Feb 21 0 Self managed from Jan'17

It wil be interesting to hear how you both get on with your challenge ! I am lucky enough that I don't need to lose weight, probably need to put a bit on in all honesty, the stress of last year done me no good at all , but I do tend to crave coffee, cakes, and choccie biccies, oh and a nice cold glass of wine of course. All of which I know aren't doing me any good at all ! So I may try and join you on the healthy eating front ! :ALBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Oh Pinot you are a bad influence!
Today I have been very good (apart from one tiny jaffa cake......) I had my glass of water on rising, then porridge for breakfast, a banana as a snack and some cold roast turkey with salad and two small slices of multigrain bread for lunch.
Tonight's tea will be spag bol with lots of veggies to bulk it out :money:
Girlies, I do hope you have been behaving yourselves.....Just keep swimming!0
