Beat the Debt that's fab - £20 per year road tax
.
I know that next time our car tax comes round we will have saved up the money for it (I hope anyway).
Tea was lovely, more so because I had made it yesterday so it just needed warming up.
OH called our life assurance people today as for some unknown reason the DD hadn't been set up to come out of new account. So paid £39.18 to catch up for the months we missed and will return form to start DD from next month.
NSD day today (well that wasn't hard as I only have 1p in my purse), should be another NSD tomorrow.xxDMP with CCCS started Jan12 £34,906 Jan13 £31,893 Jan14 £26,836 Jan15 £21,894 Jan16 £16,839 Jan17 £14,415 Jan19 £12,938ish Jan19 £9,649 Jan20 £6612 Feb 21 0 Self managed from Jan'17

Oh thank you brizzle. I am trying very hard to stick to our budget.
Do you know I'm sure I've had more NSDs this month than the whole of 2011.
and on another good note I've pegged the washing out today. Sad I know but it does make me feel much better, I hate to have it hanging round the house.

Afternoon Alice,
well done on pegging the washing out, it was a lovely day for it. I need to buy a new washing line before I can do that. I always feel good about myself pegging out, not sure why!!!!

Had to get petrol tonight as I had to take DS2 to my sisters tonight as I am back at work tomorrow. Got my weekly allowance of £25.
Also called in to supermarket to get bread, milk, also got eggs as they were on offer and the big box of Aerial which was half price (£8), also some chicken for kids tea (freezer now empty), cereal, still managed to spend £25.38!!! But I didn't get any cash so purse still empty until tomorrow.
Washing was just about dry:):).

I love doing meal planners ...... It satisfies the OCD in me :-) I can tick each meal off as I eat it ...... Not literally mind you, I think my family would think I'm more mad than they already do...... I'm saving that surprise for another day :-)
Inspiring diary....... Loving it :-)Debt total before IVA = £43,350.

Lists are my thing Enchanted, I write lists about everything.
I never did meal planning, just wrote shopping lists, until I started my diary and our DMP that is.
Post-it notes is my other thing, drives everybody mad.xx

OMG! With me it's note books ...... I turn them into household management books ...... Each time I buy I new one I transfer the whole lot of info into it ...... It baffles Hubby, also amuses him I think :-)
I have about 12 now ...... Going back five years ...... I can even tell you what I ate today five years ago. mental, I know :-) I'm guessing it was steak or something else vaguely expensive...... Which is prob why we are in the situation we are in today Xxx
I have to say, lists make me happy :-) XxxDebt total before IVA = £43,350.

I love lists, its that feeling of satisfaction when you finally cross them all off, or in my case cross them off to make me feel better and then add them to the next days list !! Is that cheating ?!!
Our car tax is due at the end of Feb unfortunately as well, the same as you though when he next one is due we are hoping to have all the money saved up in a pot !
