  • Today was a NSD, number 5....finally!

Received a letter from the tax credit folk. We still owe them £240 ish, paying them £12 per month.

Have run out of 'stuff' for my hair...plus it need cutting. So for now I'm rocking the wild look....aka dragged through a hedge backwards look.:D

OH has got his other activities weekend end coming up. He needs £75ish.

After this weekend we can concentrate on getting the car through its MOT.:o. Then will have to think about holiday clubs etc for DS3 during the summer holidays. We've got 3 weeks covered as we are off, so it's just the other 3.

Also DS3 school shoes have practically worn though at the bottom. He's OK as long at it doesn't rain. Think he will have to wear trainers for the last few weeks....sorry school.:o

  • Today was NSD 6.:)

Tonight we had a lovely cheap and easy tea. Spaghetti bolognese (sauce from the freezer) and garlic bread out of the freezer too (had been reduced to 10p :)).

    Need to get petrol...again.

OH has excelled himself over the last 24hrs. Haven't mentioned him in my diary for a while...trying not to.....but he is just 'doing my head in'!! But I will not let him get to me.:o:)

As you know my DH can be a twit sometimes, I know I go on about it loads but taking Agnus Castus really helps with my hormones and thus my moods are brilliant. Nearly everything he does just washes over me although the other day he did something and I just turned away and counted to 10 and I was ok. A few years ago I would have been shouting like an old fishwife!!

I follow the mantra about not being able to change the person and just changing your reaction to them.

Hope today is a better day.
  • Thanks dawnybabes, a little better today.

Thanks EE, yeah a couple of my friends take it, and some recommend st Johns Wort (not sure if that's quite the same).

Tonight I've had to get petrol £20, and called into supermarket and got some supplies £32 (includes cat food).

Finally booked MOT, need to get a bday present for the weekend (DS3 invited to a party), DS2s prom suit, going to the club on Saturday night (budgeted £20). Lots of spends coming up.:o

  • Last few days have just flown by.

Spent £44 in @ldi, £20 in the butchers, £14 in sburys and £10 in h0me b@rgains. Last night we went to the club, spent just under £20. Also had to get more petrol £30. Must update spending diary/budget.....and do meter readings.

Dealt in cash over the last few days, will see how it goes.

We've got 'everybody' coming for lunch, well both sets of parents. :)

Will try and get washing dried today, had to put the airer up yesterday.

Had a statement for Bcard loan, current balance £1689, we pay £72 per month.

OH still driving me crazy. :o.

  • Just done meter readings. It has been 3 weeks since the last time I did them. We have used £50 worth. Current balance -£70.54.
Think they will put our monthly payment up a bit now. Not sure why the extra spends though?!?

We did have a letter from e0n this week. In the last 12 months we have used 9% more electric and 3% more gas than the previous 12 months.

Just a quickly - St. John's wort interferes with some contraceptive pills so be careful if you go down that route.

  • Oooo:eek: thanks dawnybabes.

I knew it was coming...we've had an email from E0n, they are putting our DD up to £92 per month from July's payment.

Yesterday was NSD 7 but need to get petrol (in the other car) and a few bits tonight on the way home.

    Xx

Just to add that St Johns Wort is a natural type of anti-depressant whereas Agnus Castus helps regulate your hormones although my mood has improved 10 fold and even my kids call them my 'happy pills'!!!

I am recommending AC to all my friends who's mood is low as I think some of the time it is connected to your hormones.

 to Eon putting up your DD!!
Do you think the extra spends are from when you have family round and you used the heating more?
