Looks like another lovely day.:)
I've pegged out, done the meter readings and put the washing machine draw dispenser to soak.
I've sorted money for milk, OHs football and DS2s bus money. I don't have a bean left in my purse, so today [STRIKE]should[/STRIKE] will be a NSD.
I'm going out with friends on Tuesday, will need some cash to pay for meal and 1 drink. No other major spends this week.
Hope everybody has a great day. xxDMP with CCCS started Jan12 £34,906 Jan13 £31,893 Jan14 £26,836 Jan15 £21,894 Jan16 £16,839 Jan17 £14,415 Jan19 £12,938ish Jan19 £9,649 Jan20 £6612 Feb 21 0 Self managed from Jan'17

Wish I had a NSD, went garden centre just for a look with DS, did'nt buy anything but DS reminisced about the cafe where he used to have a plate of chips when he was little. When we went into the cafe the meal went from chips to burger, chips and sprite and made my purse that much lighter.
Nice day here, but now raining. Sounds like you had a good weekend Alice, roll on next weekend and I will have been paid.x:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.000 -

Hi Alice
Good to see you're keeping on going and nice you had a good time with your OH. Truly hope your DS can study abroad..this kind of thing really matters
Catching up a bit on your diary and I was reminded that apart from Quidco (or using loyalty points to part pay for it/get points in return which you can convert if you go to a SM which has a scheme) the time before when we needed a FF we went to Currys/Comet (know one has gone bust)and went on their online auction site and bid for a returned but new/without packaging etc one. Think it had a big scratch down the side which went it was in place was unnoticeable. It was much much cheaper. Havent thought about it in years so maybe it doesnt exist anymore..but worth a try?
My 15 yo WM finally packed in late last year. Paid a huge price for a new one but with a much bigger drum and vg spin...its saving me loads (time and money) now as I dont have TD either but the clothers are so much drier when I hang them on the racks or line. Pretty impressed to be honest..(and I'm not usually the kind of gal that notices stuff like that!:rotfl:)

Thanks brizzle, that last comment made me chuckle. We've found a couple from Arg0s on ebay. I'm really not up with Quidco, need to investigate.
I'm hoping it does all work out for DS to go abroad. Once in a life time opportunity.......fingers crossed. xxDMP with CCCS started Jan12 £34,906 Jan13 £31,893 Jan14 £26,836 Jan15 £21,894 Jan16 £16,839 Jan17 £14,415 Jan19 £12,938ish Jan19 £9,649 Jan20 £6612 Feb 21 0 Self managed from Jan'17

also try topcashback (google TCB and it usually comes up) as them or quidco usually have good deals on money back

Yesterday was indeed a NSD and also today, so I'm on 9 for this month.:)
Have just made 2 batches of fairy cakes. They will probably only last 24hrs but hey!;)
DS3 has had a meltdown tonight, I think partly because he is tired and also it is when he watches DS2 on his xb0x. DS2 does get frustrated when he's playing and DS3 is copying him. Although DS2 doesn't go on after 9.00pm (he puts the controllers in our bedroom) he has been having trouble getting up for school, so I've decided no xb0x monday to thursday.......to be fair DS2 is fine with it, now the light nights are here he'll be out playing football etc with his friends and I'm sure DS3 will soon find something else to occupy him.....sometimes think I'm too controlling.:o

Alice I totally agree with the ban on the xbox!! Weve stopped DD's going on their Nexus after 6pm as they were getting wired from them and having meltdowns and not sleeping. The peace has now been restored at our house!! xxMummytogirls x0

Hi mummy, sometimes I think you've got to be cruel to be kind. This may sound a little harsh but when DS1 had his first mobile phone he used to have to leave it on the landing, so he wasn't tempted to text etc all hours, and we do the same with DS2 although he isn't as addicted as DS1.......but then he hasn't got an iphone.
My kids need their sleep.......so do I.:rotfl:
