:T Well done on the half a stone taxi.
I know this sounds a bit mad but have I mentioned visualising colours to try to get you to sleep? There are two things that work for me taxi, even when I'm wide awake. The one about the colours is first visualise the colour red, bit like a cloud that envelops you. After a few moments, do the same with the colour orange, then yellow, green, blue, indigo and purple. Or you can imagine standing under a waterfall in a tropical paradise and visualise the water changing into these colours. It's supposed to balance your chakras (energy centres) I have to say it works for me or the other one I do is lie in bed and say to myself that I have to keep my eyes open all night, and that I'm not allowed to close them to go to sleep. What happens then is I want to close them and nod off :) A bit of reverse psychology.
    Anyway they work for me...:D
Hope your Easter weekend was lovely.
    Take care

I don't believe in the concept of hell, but if I did I would think of it as filled with people who were cruel to animals.

Well £5.75 spent today in Aldi bringing my shopping bill to £9.77/£250.

Had Sea bass, new pots, mushy peas and cheese sauce for lunch and it was really scrummy.

I have a leek and potato soup cooking in the slow cooker and I've added some fresh chillies to it to give it a kick so hope it tastes good.

I haven't done any course work over the last few days but will get on with it from tomorrow.Nothing else going on around here but that's fine by me.

Need to go to the bank tomorrow to bank the takings and the cheque I received from the sofa shop.Think I'll have a look at ISAs later to see which is best.Got nothing better to do on such a dreary day.

My business accounts are bang up to date and can't do any more until I get P60 for DHs pension and P60 for my benefit payments and interest statements.
