It's a good few days since my last posting as nothing of note happening here.
Tess had 2 parcels yesterday one from Pedigree with 6 weeks worth of joint + care treats and a set of 4 balls with a thrower thingy...she was really excited about them and then 10 mins later the door went again and it was a parcel from James Wellbeloved containing 2 sample packs of their wet food...I shan't be putting her on that as according to pack instructions she would need 10-16 pouches per day !!!...so for now we'll be sticking to either Burns dry food or James Wellbeloved dry food.
I received £30 this morning from one of the comparison sites for changing my gas/electric so have paid that in to the PAY THE MORTGAGE OFF FUND...so that now totals £230..I intend to put bits and pieces in there as and when I can...it can also double up as replace the taxi fund.
I went to my back to work interview and basically I'm to carry on with what I'm doing now which is my courses and she'll see me in a few months unless I need to see her before that.
I've not heard anything back since filling my ESA50 form in which they wanted for 23rd March..apparently they are a few months behind and with any luck they won't send me for a medical but who knows...am leaving well alone.
I haven't done any of my course and really should get on with it so guess I'll need to get myself organised and get on with it.
DH has decided to take tonight off as he couldn't get any sleep as one of our smoke alarms kept going off and seeing as it was the one in a dangerous position at the top of the stairs and he'd had a drink and ladders, drinks and stairs don't mix ..he had to put up with it until he got back from work this morning and of course was shattered so is back in bed now....have phoned the supplier who is sending a new smoke detector out. These are meant to last 10 years and both were fitted 2 years ago and you cannot replace the batteries...ironically the other one went the beginning of this week so was replaced the other day.The fire brigade fitted them originally and guess it was a faulty batch but luckily the phone number of the company was on the back of the unit so just phoned them and they replaced free of charge.0 -
Poor you and DH for lack of sleep due to fire alarm, good new's on the money, and I'v also got course work to do, but I'd rather be knitting!£71.93/ £180.000

Went to WWs this morning and had put 2.5lbs on but my motivation is back now.Have had a nice quiet day today and just chilled out.
Picked up 6 packs of the Branston beans for £1 each at Lidl this morning so they'll last a while.
Haven't got anything planned for the weekend which suits me just fine.
I have to finish this module by 30th so will need to work hard all week to get it done as I've been lazy. The site is down for maintainance tomorrow so will start on monday.0 -
