Must get my sleep pattern back as have been up since 2am!!!!..I'm getting plenty of sleep but at the wrong times....sigh.

Received the interest on our Isas so a bit more in the pot.
DD was indeed right and was paid early..she was due to be paid the 10th but got paid yesterday instead....so I now have a new £250 shopping money which is stored in the new little purse(better than a money bag that I put my money in last month and lost) that had been in lost property at her place for months.I had a NSD yesterday but need bread today. This will be a good challenge to see how little I can spend plus we have some stuff in already.

Today will be a roast pork dinner as the joint needed cooking today.

Will be going to WWs at 9am so hoping for a decent loss after my huge gain.

hope you all have a good weekend

can you maybe take tablets for s few nights just to get you back into a routine? not sleeping can be so hard, i've lay in my bed myself and stared up at the ceiling more times than i care to remember i put it down to the joys of shift work but it gets wearing after a while

hope you get some sleep tonight

I have plenty of sleep but at the wrong times...I fell asleep about 6pm and woke up at 2 am and of course am then wide awake and can't sleep at the proper time.I try to stay awake past tea time and hoping to stay awake until at least 10pm but can't manage it.

Lost 7lbs at WWs this week so am really happy with that so that's me back up to 62.5 lbs lost.

Didn't spend much on shopping today 85p WW bread and then £3.17 in Aldi on 2 x wholemeal loaves and big pack of ham....£4.02/£250.
Will be a NSD today and will be interesting to see how much shopping costs us per month.
I'm going to use up the stuff we have in this month and guess it will take a few months to work out what our usual spends are as I go by what offers are on.We have plenty of cereals in,quite a bit in the freezer (it's only a fridge/freezer so doesn't hold loads) and quite a few tins and pasta, rice, etc in the cupboard.

Think we'll have Sea bass ,new potatoes and mushy peas today for dinner as we have all that in.The others will have cheese or parsley sauce with theirs.

Actually got up about 4ish to take some pain killer's, but apart from that I'm well.

Well done on losing the 7 lb.
