Passed the spreadsheet part of my ECDL today with 83% and am now halfway through my course.I'm on Presentations now.

Went nuts at the sofa people and told them that I was going to get in touch with my CC company to get a refund as I was sick of them. They promised that it is coming in to them on Weds and as soon as it is checked over than they will deliver it straight away. They are going to give me £100 compensation for the inconvenience..this is their last chance.
Can't believe that loads of places are out of fuel so will end up with no earnings if this carries on and we run out...great

thats brilliant about the exam, uve worked so hard.

the petrol saga is a farce, they reckon that there won't do anything over Easter, so we've got 2 weeks of peace, but that doesn't stop the panic buying, hopefully it all blow over.

Keep fingers crossed over the sofa. xx

Sorry to hear you have been having such a tough time but big congrats on passing your module :)

Hope the sofa comes as promised and that you get some fuel it is crazy I managed to get some on the way back from Cardiff as I was flashing orange but now have under half a tank left planning on making it last as long as poss so that the panic will have passed life is too short to spend it queueing for petrol especially when there is no sign of a strike but I realise it is different when it is your living

    Big hugs to you

am not bothered about fuel for my car but am extremely concerned about the cab as no fuel equals no earnings and no bills paid.

    Hi everyone x

Well bit the bullet today and went to WWs to get weighed and had put 10lbs back on!!!! I am motivated again now and have put it behind me.

Did the shopping before I went to WWs and didn't do too bad price wise across Aldi,Lidl and Iceland and my stores are full.Should only need very few bits before the 10th when DD gets paid again.

DH is out at work and I'm hoping that when he finishes about 3am that he'll be able to get some diesel.

Need to try and get the house clean and tidy before Wednesday as hopefully my suite will be delivered then.

Well done on the exam was it hard ?

Bum with the weight ... Do u find WW worth it ? I need to loose weight aswell badly tbh ... I think i'm deff gonna try the dr for a dietician ...hows the diesel situation going down your way now ? We have been fine here never jad any issues at all tbh ... Thankfully though as i tend to drive on fumes ( it costs too much to fill it up) i was dreading having to fill it up

The exam wasn't too bad but there was a particular formula that I just couldn't get my head around as much as I tried.

WW is definitely worth it and very easy to follow.I've had dieticians before but they weren't much use to be honest.DH managed to get diesel tonight. The tesco garage had massive queues so he drove to Asda a couple of minutes away which had nobody queuing. My car was filled up last week and is still full and will last me 3 months if need be.I'm very close to all amenities here anyway so isn't essential.

Sometimes formulas just get the better of us, and then when we look back a short while later we go " duh ... Got it " well i know i have lol

What was the main reasons u didnt find the dietician anygood ? Have to admit part of me thinks they wont be any good ... Any dietician that recommends giving a person with certain conditions something that excerbates it taking it to potential lethal doesnt really inspire me ...( Long boring story )

The panic buying for petrol has me stumped i must admit ... Nowt as queer as folk

It was the IF formulas that stumped me.I managed to get the absolute formulas and all the others, min, max, average, plus basics etc. I guess if I was to use it in a business setting then I would soon get it.

The thing with the dieticians was they just gave me sheets with pictures of a plate on to represent portion sizes plus basic food lists under certain colours eg red, orange, green and didn't even say how many calories to eat per day. This was many years ago.
It took a long time to get the appointment and to be fair there is so much information on the internet nowadays and so many apps to use.You probably know as much about diet as they do if you've tried various diets over the years.
I have found WWs brilliant and it's a plan I can stick to for life.I do think the key to any of this is that you have to be motivated to do it and if not then I guess none of them work but if motivated all will work. You have to like whatever diet you are going to follow.
At the end of the day there is no harm going to see the dietician to see what they offer and making a deciscion from there. After all my experience with a dietician was years ago
