Morning spent in the hospital. They are so busy and I really felt for the staff.
Somehow I seem to have caused some damage in my sleep. Given I was fine yesterday and not today, maybe I was thrashing about in my sleep, who knows.
I'm under instruction to do nothing today, not even my physio, then start again tomorrow. Back at the hospital on Friday morning for another check up.
I'm glad DS is making the dinner
Whilst I was out he has emptied washing machine, pegged the washing out and loaded it again. He's put a sun lounger out with a cushion and although a blanket will probably be required, I'm off to have some fresh air.
Thanks for your posts.

Hey Tills - hope that you are really putting your feet up and letting other, willing hands take the strain
I definitely hope that you've slurped up every last speck of the pesto spaghetti
And that the chef has offered to do the washing up too! Or load the dishwasher at the very least

Morning,
Greying, DS did a wonderful job and even sprinkled a few toasted pine nuts, shaved Parmesan and a drizzle of EVOO on top before serving. DD loaded the DW and I was in bed by 8
Interestingly, I've woken up in the same state as yesterday so I will discuss tomorrow at the hospital. I'll be taking it easy today but am walking the hounds with DD/DS. The air smells fab today
Dinner this evening is aubegine, cous cous salad. I have some roasted peppers and garlic which we did on the weekend. They smell glorious and the flavours have really infused. Will use those, make a yoghurt dressing and serve with a green salad and flatbreads.
