Hi Greying, we've literally just left the dining table and I can safely say there's been much laughter.Greying_Pilgrim wrote: »How did it go for MrT and his workshop Tilly?
Greying
The workshop went well, it was always going to be a difficult topic and it sounds like Mr T performed well. I must admit he knows his subject inside out and also has a lovely calming manner, which instills confidence in the client - thankfully.
Sounds like it was a hard session but both sides have come out with positive actions and that can only be good.
I am SO thankful this job found him
I'll be over to catch up on your diary in a moment.
BTW, I never knew you could search for forthcoming book releases on Am@zoon so thanks for the tip.
I cooked chicken this evening that I'd marinated in a little oil and the Lebanese spice mix you gave me a link to - served with potato wedges and a mahoosive salad (leaves, coriander, pea shoots, yes ones my hounds have not eaten) yummy x x

OK, who's stolen today? Come on own up.
The entire day has disappeared, dog walk, gym, work, 5 hour car journey finished off by my gorgeous daughter cooking poached salmon, new potatoes, broccoli and parsley sauce - delicious :T
No clue what's happening with money as I haven't checked the banks. No Tilly Tidies.
Definitely have to find an hour to have a financial update tomorrow.

So not only did someone steal yesterday but they have appear to have run off with early summer as well
It's bucketing down here. Hounds didn't even want to go out this morning, so I guess that's a clue :rotfl:
Money matters - 32p and 71p Tilly Tidied to MOS.
Hotels and train booked for next week, for Mr T using TCB + S123 CC. Going to look at booking the following week as well, so he's always a week in hand.
Ordering a bike for DS, again using TCB and a cashback CC.
I'm collecting all the T£sco vouchers to see what I've got, which need using first etc.
Trip to Costc@ required
Off to a garden centre with my mum and then a free coffee in WR.
A fair bit of food shopping required this week as kids are off school. DD is revising and DS may be volunteering for a couple of days. Not sure yet but seems possible. He had such a good time on his work placement, they'd like him to help out whenever he's free. I thought there would be legal issues as he's only 15 but 14 and above seems to be OK. It sounds far better to me than x b@x sessions
Jobs - definitely need a finance catch up, understand Mr Ts expenses and what's due when, declutter the study - where does all the paper come from  Claim PC, update CP.
Dinner this evening is off piste in terms of menu plan. We have some salmon left from yesterday and I have some bargainous fish in the freezer. Fish pie it is, using some cream in the white sauce - ok, this may blow my SW diet for the night but it will be delicious.
We had intended spending some serious time in the garden. I need to plant more stuff in the raised beds, plus I wanted to sieve the top few inches as between the dogs/hounds/life in general, there are stones lurking and they need removing. Raised beds are really productive but you do need to keep them in good condition. There's no way, right now, I'd work outside in this though
Finishing on a happy note, it's wedding anniversary time in the Tilly household and I'm pretty thankful for having Mr T in my life.
Best wishes, Tilly x2004 £387k 29 years - MF March 2033:eek:
