Morning Radish, good luck with the posting, they really do seem to be sending a lot through

Morning
Just got home from seeing Miranda Hart. Kids were helpless and the atmosphere was excellent.
It's been a ridiculously busy day and then straight out after work. I am so looking forward to tomorrow evening. Mr T is taking DS to sort his phone out - its broken and miraculously due to water damage. Given its never in the rain, the bath, a sauna, dropped down the loo, how could this happen? DS is having to buy a replacement and we will sell the k-nackered one - worth about £40 as a non working, broken phone, which will help to offset the cost of a new one. He has to learn that things need looking after - so we are not buying it for him.
I am working numbers in my head at the moment and there's a lot going on re my future. I can't do anything in a hurry but I am applying for roles and networking. Leaving is definitely appealing and I'd like some serendipity to step into my life and make things stack up the right way please Universe
I'd better get some sleep as we are walking the dogs in 6 hours  We both have early calls - go Mr T :T:T

Morning, failed on the dog walking - just couldn't lift my head off the pillow
. Mr T and I will take them at lunchtime instead
I need to check the menu plan today and raid the freezer. Shopping tomorrow will be fruit, veg, milk only. Operation freezer use up continues. We are down on the freezer stocks but there are still things I want to use up, before restocking.
I have some home admin to do today and going to write a list - my head can't retain as much at the moment
I'd better crack on.

Change of plan for dinner - it's going to be 'fridge use up' - this could be interesting.
I've decided to challenge the kids to make dinner tonight. Maybe a pizza base and chuck stuff on, maybe a lasagne - veggie one.
No idea but will leave it to them
I have a budget of £20 for tomorrow's shopping

Thanks Tilly x
Now this is one just for proper chefs...
You get one tin of value pre peeled spuds (15p from Mr T - Bargain!)
If you are posh like me, you open the tin and stick the whole thing in the aga
If you aren't posh then you can microwave them or stick them on the hob..
Drain
Mash with a fork (they aren't 'real potatoes' so don't need an actual masher) and stick in loads of butter. Grated cheese and salt is also a must if this is for a hangover
Get 2 massive bits of white bread (because its healthier) and spread with lots of butter
And here's the challenge....
You now need to fit the entire mix in the bread. This needs to have a delicate touch because you don't want to squidge it all over the edges. Same applies when eating!!
Enjoy
