Loving the idea of sun and beachMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!0 -

What a glorious day. Jobs finished earlier and long walk along the shore
. It really doesn't take much to make us both smile here.
We are off out for dinner this evening, cheap and cheerful and popping in to see some friends for a quick glass of wine beforehand. The garden looks a delight
When I first started the diary, I had no idea it would galvanise us into early retirement planning. It really will be no time at all and we will be here permanently. Thank you :money: and the MfW (and DFW) chums as without the support, we wouldn't be where we are today.
I'd better crack on and jump into the shower, otherwise Mr T will be 'beckoning' me

Yay for early retirement planning:j
I think that once you've paid off your mortgage, thoughts turn naturally to retirement, or early retirement. Also, I think it's a good thing to still have goals to work for:)Early retired - 18th December 2014
