Is second adult rebate (council tax that is) available in your area. In some it still is although maybe under a different name now since the changes. Although it may only be available if income is below a certain level not just for being on JSA.

Thanks Patanne, I'll ask Mr T to check on Monday. I have a feeling it is means tested unfortunately.
