  • Evening, what a glorious sunny day - sadly I didn't catch much of it, but I am benefitting by sitting outside with my iPad and appreciating wifi.

I am watching one of my hounds trying to figure out how he can eat the cat - whilst the cat is watching him and thinking 'bring it on sucker' and flexing her claws. Quite comical to watch. Air smells fantastic and we need to set off on a dog walk soon. Looks like it may be delayed as Froggy has given Mr T some homework and now he's on the PC :rotfl:

    Washing dried and folded
Ironing not done and I am not in the mood. Will have to go on tomorrow's list.

Work has been hellish and will be for the remainder of September and October. I intend keeping my head down and ploughing through but I do want to fit a walk into my working hours as my brain needs a rest.

Dinner was fab - thanks Mr T - tomorrow is chickpea and chorizo stew with cous cous :T

Free movie tickets for next week - thank you MSE :T

For those who have read my diary for a while, you will know I struggle with just being still - I would like to add that progress is being made on this front. I am really enjoying sitting outside, watching the dogs and cats, updating my diary and relaxing. No need to think of gazillions of $, or spreadsheets, or SharePoint or timelines or SLAs - just the smell of the air, slight hum from traffic in the background and nothing :T

No Tilly Tidy updates - and Mr T is officially unemployed as of now. Although from the huge grin on his face earlier and his 'lie-in in the morning' comment, I am guessing he is happy. I'll tell him it's like maternity leave, starts off ok but then you are desperate to go back (well I was anyway :rotfl:)

Have a good evening and hope all is well in the land of MFW - normal service will be resumed eventually on the Tilly diary.

    Best wishes Tilly x x x

  • Good morning

No pennies to Tilly Tidy

Con calls starting at 7.30am so I'd better getter a wiggle on and jump in the shower.

    Today's task is house insurance

Jobs-ironing, financials, book ferry for next year - not sure about the last one but it saves us £350 and I cannot imagine Mr T is still not working :o

That's all for now, have a good day.

How about you compromise? Book the ferry and if Mr T doesn't have a job by then he can swim behind the boat swimming-smiley-emoticon-1.gif
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

  • Finally finished work - what a day.

I may just have come to bed and brought a dog to have a cuddle. I have rather large hounds so glad we have a SK size bed :rotfl:
