Meditation for Dummies is quite good and once you know the techniques you can take yourself through them. I like to sit in the garden when it's sunny and focus on my breathing. In the winter I stay inside and focus on a lit candle.
By the way, every post I read these days is talking about Tillytidies - you've gone viral! :rotfl:

I need to hunt out a tape I had for relaxation as her voice was calming not inciting me to violence.
Brizzle, I know I'm verging on being OCD with my payments :T. However I'm loving the fact that we are all reducing the banks profit. Goodness it's just struck me, we could collectively be responsible for the next financial crisis :rotfl:

Glad you seem to be finding some time for yourself these days. Wish I was so,lucky. Yes, I'm earning extra money to help with my savings goal but a wee bit of social life would be nice too. When I do get chance, I'm too knackered to do anything with it!!!:rotfl:
I'm sitting in bed wondering if I should get up and work. Wednesday is my "long day" as I run group from 1pm until 10:30pm, so I like to grab a little lie in. However, my office is screaming at me to go and do some catch up.
Have a good day, Tilly

Hopefully everyone has lost loads of weight and think you are the best weight loss geru :T
Did you peak in the office or steer clear?

Anyway Froggy, she'd be in Number 11, not Number 10.

Morning,
32p TT OP this morning
60p £co check ins last night
Returned 2 pairs of shoes yesterday
Have had to move a holiday for Mr T and I, so admin charge is payable.
Lodger arriving this weekend - it's been a very disappointing 6 months trying to find lodgers and I've had around 3 or 4 people confirm then change their mind. I'm still waiting for the arrival date of the second lodger but in the meantime are renewing ad in July, to grab see if I can attract a grad doing a placement in October onwards. I have got used to the quiet house but not to the lack of OP opportunities :rotfl:
DKs made the dinner last night - chilli - I'm liking this move to independence
Off to iron now

Work has been a delight today - dare I say that? Busy but I was able to complete things which is unusual these days.
Another TT tonight but for 32p - it's a good job every penny counts.
Out with friends this evening but we are eating at home and I'm quite a cheap date on the drink front.
I've done a C@scto shop tonight and took Mr T - freezer is looking better again. As we've eaten out of the freezer for the last few weeks it definitely needed replenishing. I do have some fish to use up next week though, so fancy trying a fish curry.
