That's disappointing but I'm sure you're being wise limiting things. Hope the ridiculousness is only temporary. :)

  • Thanks Lois. The last couple of weeks have actually made me feel like my head is spinning. Bearing in mind I can cope with a pretty large workload, it goes to show it must be manic currently :o

Anyway, I've decided to work from home today, then I can make the dinner for this evening during gaps, along with finishing the ironing and any extra washing popped on the line :)

I'm also going to look up relaxation/meditation on You tube and give myself time out to stop.

Enjoy your first day back, but I saw from your diary it should be an ok day due to exam leave? My DD is doing exams the first three days of this week - there's a load of revision notes everywhere - even stuck on to the door, opposite the loo :rotfl: Apologies if that's TMI

    Have a good week Lois

It seems a bit sad but both of us (Mr and Mrs) feel we are being pulled too thin

Ooooohhh, like the sound of that :)
I'm also going to look up relaxation/meditation on You tube and give myself time out to stop.

And obviously you will have to do it quicker and better than everyone else :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

Sit down woman and just BE :)

a friend of mine is a big fan of meditation and she came out with this wonderful quote :
"If you have time, meditate for 10 minutes every day. If you don't have time, meditate for an hour". Lol!!

GG, :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: you will be teaching me how to relax in the future. Even when I read, I speed read so I can get through the book quickly :rotfl::rotfl:

I definitely operate in the top right box - I want to move to the bottom left hand box instead :j

  • I've just taken 10 minutes out, to meditate - are you supposed to end up focussing on the persons voice and how irritating it is :rotfl:

Off to find a darkened room :)
