Fantastic news about the lodger. That pasta recipe sounds nice too, is it just a few chillies chopped up in the sauce?
We are debating whether to do a carboot sale this weekend but I am tempted to wait for better weather - I could be waiting a while though!Nov 2025 - part 1 - £13,878 part 2 - £20,953 Total - £34,832 24 months to go!0 -
Hi Cath, I throw onions, chilli finely chopped, plus any herbs I fancy using into a pan, then when cooked, I pop in a L!dl pot of creme fraiche then add the meat, finally throw the cooked pasta in, swish around, put into a big bowl to serve and sprinkle with herbs

It takes minutes and is really delish.
Pity it's not Sunday today, the weather is glorious for a change.

BBQ sauce perhaps. My son decided to have BBQ sauce in his ham sandwiches for lunch today. Held the top down, shook vigorously and now my kitchen cupboards and tiles have been washed
. Lovely child.

Crikey, what a very busy day. Part of me wishes I was snuggling down tonight rather than going out, but I know we will have a good time.
A company that we have been battling with has agreed to settle today, so that'll be another OP - not huge but another £500 which all helps.
So looking forward to payday but still a weekend to go.
Off to have a cuppa and then get back on the phone.
Eta - Mr T is at £23.60 on one poll - getting there

Thanks Brizzle. I've just got back in, having a cuppa and a diary catch up

It's been a right pain with them and once the cheque has cleared I am sure to be posting my views about the company, wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

YAY 9 out of 37 items are selling. Loads of watchers, but more bids required. I can see Saturday and Sunday are going to be fun - my iPad will be surgically attached and permanently refreshing the screen
