Loving the idea of the salad Tilly. We still have loads of seeds etc for last year. We need to get them planted, along with the flower seeds I bought this year.
Well done on getting your wardrobe sorted. I desperately need to do mine, I have tonnes of clothes yet never seem to have anything to wear. :o
Thanks for the heads up about eb@y FLW. :)
My lap top died today so I need to try and get it fixed ASAP. Failing that I can list on my tablet as a last resort.
Looks like it's going to be a busy week! Lol

  • Morning, payday :j:j

I had hoped to do the financials last night but sadly ended up on work calls. I'm cycling with DS after work today, then will crack on with the money stuff.

Dinner tonight will be roast butternut squash with spices, and a quinoa salad. I make a tabbouleh equivalent. As my mint is now growing it will feature more often as it's a favourite. Kids have asked for sausages to go with it.

All saving pot transfers have happened :)

Need to get a move n now.

I may have to go for counselling now :rotfl:

Maybe it's a bit like an ex smoker. If you've been a spender and then stop it's a bit weird going on a spending spree :)

We are just 1.5 months off getting into the £1 bracket

And then you're only 100 TTs away from freedom :rotfl:
  • How cool would that be Mr E.

Sadly there are way too many digits to the right :(

However, they are slowly disappearing albeit a penny a time some days.

    Hi Tilly and everyone,

just catching up again as i was MIA for a wee while, i saw that you were having no luck with the Patricia Cromwell books, is it just fiction you are trying to sell? i have found it's non fiction that sells really well for me, old study books etc, probably because the price of them brand new is just so expensive, so getting them second hand seems to help people ( mainly students) save some pennies and they can refer to them as and when they need to

i saw a mention of a lodger but mustve missed the bit ( probably reading too fast) if they moved in or not ... do you have any one helping with the mortgage reduction scheme at the moment?

right got GG's and Natty's and Skinty's to catch up with be back soon :)
  • Hi, new lodger moving in on 7th June :T. This is short term but two more people are talking about rooms and interested so I could have one long term and one short term. Excellent. I couldn't cope with two long term Monday-Friday guests.

Any lodger money is going straight into a fund for refurbishments.
