What type if medicine ball exercises are you doing Tilly ? I have a medicine ball and I'm getting bored with my current routine tbh
  • Hi El,top right slow swing to bottom left, anything to make my back more mobile. Over head whilst on Swiss ball, or lifts whilst on bosu Lunges whilst holding medicine ball.

I cannot for the life of me remember what it's called but it's when you do two types of exercises at the same time.

Tilly - I've just had the bestest idea:T

You know how you'll be mortgage free like any second now? And that you will leave us all feeling bereft at your absence from this board?

WELL, I've been thinking that when your mortgage is fully paid off, like by early next week no doubt.....you could change your diary title to 'COUNTDOWN TO CHRISTMAS' and that way, you could stay with us FOREVER. What'dya say?:D

  • :rotfl::rotfl: if only it would be any second, I would be leaping round the house right now :rotfl::rotfl:

Could be the Christmas countdown to help keep everyone's spends down, the menu plan to keep as much money free for OPs, the veg growing diary, to make sure people's veg and fruit bills are reduced :T

    The list is endless :rotfl:

Yep I've got ya will try that .. How do you find the bosu? I was thinking about getting one, I've heard it's not advisable to go for the home one but to go for the commercial one as its sturdier ( and much more expensive I've noticed )

    I would read that :)
  • I bought one when I had a personal trainer - those were the days :rotfl:

It's a professional one and is sturdier. Even DH uses it and he's 6'3" and 17.7 stones.
