Evening CA, I do think it's been pretty busy since our holiday at half term in October. I am dreaming of a couple of weeks in the sun with no work, no kids :rotfl: I think I may have a few years to go before that happens.

Seriously need to copy ideas for batch cooking, seem to have stuck on mince and onion pies, sheps pie, lasagne and bolognaise. Briefly done chicken - stew and pie. Did try to make a meat loaf but what I created was just downright yuck!

Hi HKD, can I freeze pasta that way - it's never crossed my mind. I do freeze lasagne.
