Morning Tilly, sorry to hear you are not feeling 100%. Nearly finished GG's diary now - have picked up lots of ideas from you both. Menu planning sounds a real winner. Have a good day.1

Working from home and will do the ironing, it may make me take a lunch break
I've come down with a delightful cold and coughing like some mad woman. This has stopped me doing shred or kettle bell work. Once this goes I will get back to it. It's in print now so that will guilt me into it :rotfl:
Have a good day
Tilly x
Hope you get better soon Tilly!
Enjoy the ironing!

Hope you feel better soon - well done o n the kettle bells I found that a really effective workout, hard but you can feel the results. Mind you I had Darrent to spur me on in the gym whilst doing it. Shred is really hard isn't it? Dawina was on the One Show last night promoting her new DVD there is a free app you can download with a free session from it.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Hi TG, I'll have a look for the ap. Davina drives me mad but she does seem more human than others. I like shred but I find it a killer. Kettle bell and medicine ball, I find, really help my back which is a great benefit.
Catster, GG, Froggy, NG, MF50 thanks for your get well wishes. I have to say I feel completely wiped out by it and am extremely grumpy. I have worked from home today and have to admit I am still in bed with lap top :rotfl:
I don't think my ironing is going to get done  Froggy, if you are passing my way feel free to pop in and help  Alternatively I may have to get Mr T to help.

Thanks to an MSE chum making a delivery of washing powder and DW tablets tomorrow, I don't think I'll need to buy any until the end of the year. That's a benefit in £ and means I don't have to think of it for months :T
All part of the drive to simplify life. Thank goodness I have a large garage
