Good luck with eBay Tilly. I have got a mountain of stuff ready to be listed around October, as you say it is sort of seasonal so makes more sense. Hoping that will make me some Christmas pennies :)
  • Hi Tilly... just checking in!

    Hi Tillie

I've come to ask a favour.... do you have a spreadsheet that I could use to track how long I have left on my mortgage if I add in the monthly payments and X amount of OP per month?

I want to see exactly how much I need to OP by each month and also see how it reduces the term if I pay extra etc.

Oh, and I want to be able to see how much I owe by the end of each year etc so that I can set targets.

I created a spreadsheet myself but I'm not convinced its perfect enough and I know that you are a spreadsheet Queen, so perhaps you can help?

Hope you don't mind me asking, thank hun xx

  • Hi LB, I would have pointed you to Financial Bliss' spreadsheet - its worked well for me and was very straight forward.

Hi US, thanks for recommending a SS to LB :)

It's like having a great big family on this forum :T

Had a pretty quietish day today. It was almost 2am when I got to bed this mornng and its made me feel most out of sorts today.

Bargainous steak for dinner with quinoa salad, a bit like tabbouleh but using quinoa not bulgher wheat.

Having an early night, Tiliy x x

  • Hi MRN, good night sleep, but not enough. We took the kids to London for the day and had the most fab time. Met friends for dinner (entertainment pot) and visited the British Museum, Tate gallery and took a boat down the Thames. Part of this was to celebrate DD results.

I realise I am getting older as it has taken me the day to get over the late night. I have had two nights of disturbed sleep prior to that, so will blame the lack of sleep, not my age :):)

    Best wishes Tilly x

  • MRN, did you sleep better last night? All your decorating must be pretty tiring, but it struck me that maybe the paint fumes aren't doing you any good?

I am having a lavender bath this evening and an early night :):)
