  • The sun is shining, we have done loads of jobs in the garden and Mr T is enjoying Father's Day.

I am off to neaten a couple of hedges, (I chose my words carefully there :rotfl:).

 Naughty, but really made me laugh :rotfl::rotfl:
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

  • Morning Ammonite, so glad you saw the sun. It makes the days so miserable when it's just grey

We have woken up to rain again - sad thing is the prolonged rain is not doing all the veg any good - some enjoy it, but the others like heat and water.

Right, off to check some posts -Tilly x

Our clematis is loving the rain it has bloomed in spectacular fashion, much nicer than last year when we planted it! The poor roses have been blown to pieces though just as they bloomed, they looked so pretty and now look so sorry for themselves! Have a nice day too Tilly :)
  • Morning, pay day has been so money is all shifted to the various pots.

Lodger money received and OPd. DH is paid early next week, and mortgage payment mid next week. At that point the total debt (taking off set into consideration) will be just under £268k. Should be slightly lower than that, but I knew the recent work at home was going to leave us short.

Anyway, still on track for April 2016. :j:j 46 months - I quite fancy tracking the months now. When i first started the diary, we thought 2018 for the World Cup sounded like a good achievable goal, then after much jiggling we got it to December 2016, then November 2016 and to bring it forward to April 2016 is amazing.

Now we just need to focus on 46 months and the run down :)

Have a great day and I hope you are having better weather than I am.

    Best wishes Tilly x

46 months isn't long at all. I'm not counting mine as I still have at least 10 years (I am only 30 though so not so bad - I will get there)

Your meal plan sounds delicious, I always end up with loads of potatoes and usually end up doing mash or wedges!
