    Morning everyone

Thinking of all those suffering due to horrific crash on M5 xxx

Cloudy and overcast here this morning. DH up and off to work at stupid early o'clock.

Had a dreadful night's sleep, fell asleep on the sofa and woke up at 11.30pm, went to bed couldn't sleep so got up watched tv etc, had warm drink, went back to bed at 2am, still couldn't sleep, just getting off to sleep DH got up to go to work and disturbed me, so then managed to get to sleep at 5.30am and slept until 8.30am - think I'm going to feel like a bag of s**t later!
Think this is a mixture of going to bed earlier all week but then waking stupid early - will be trying to address this over the next few days. :o

Dinner last night was chicken kievs, chips and beans for the menfolk, fish, jacket pot and veg for me. Was again reasonably productive yesterday - made some good headway with my "to do" list, managed to get money off vouchers sorted for my shopping - hadn't got any even though I felt I qualified - which I did but hadn't found the icon to print them off so got Customer services to do that in store before I went through the checkout and got £5 off and 10% cheaper guarantee of which was a voucher for £3.73 - so a nice £8.73 knocked off my shopping, and at least another £5 and £2.82 off the next shop! :j:j:j

Also managed to strip, wash our bedding, bed then re-made, struggling a bit with the drying at the moment though, so mild heating not on but not able to line dry either - so on airer but taking ages to dry. Got some cooking/baking done too, made mince pies, twinks, and a victoria sponge - just need to put filling into sponge.

Will also do some ironing shortly, after I've had a shower and got dressed - have just eaten my brekkie. Have done a menu plan for this week but not included today - is difficult to add in a Saturday as depends what time we get jobs done this afternoon, may finish up having a takeaway, not very OS but we're not away or going to fireworks display so a nice treat. Think I best go and crack on otherwise I'll be sat here all day!

Have a great day everyone, hugs to those that need/want them, take care.

    morning all

chest is feeling better today. well a bit. my mind is a different story but wont bore you with that.

need to try and stay awake more today. i'm sleeping all day and awake most of the night. ds has nursery photos on monday so want to get him a new bright top. have a discount voucher for mothercare/elc so will have a look there.his hair needs cutting but hair dresser isnt due til friday. she's been on holiday so hair is even longer than usual... did think about getting cut elsewhere just this once but figured it will do as she doesnt charge to cut his hair.

that will probably wipe me out for the rest of the day so no os again. sorry

    Farmerswife, well done you xx

Bit grey looking here, have got some washing on the go, and will hang it out and hope.

DD is in the shower and OH is pottering around, he is planning on taking little dog out for a huge walk later on, its our villages fireworks tonight, and she is terrified, so hopefully a long walk will help.

DD is off to work later on, so I will drop her off, then nip into Mr T for a nice loaf, we are having nabs for tea courtesy (sp) of sainsbugs :D

I am going to potter around this morning, hoover etc, and have a tidy through, and this afternoon I am going to have a rest, my cough is just not shifting, will have to go back to the Dr next week if its no better.

OK better get on, have good days all xx

Tappers, hope you are ok ? xx

    Morning all

I am the only one up in the house on this damp grey dismal day.

((((Hugs)))) and healing vibes for Mooloos DGD

It is awful about the crash near Taunton, how awful for those involved.

We have got some fireworks for tonight so dinner is HM pizza, jacket spuds, and sausages in buns.
DD and her BF have asked if a few of their friends can come and join in, so I said yes providing they bring a box of fireworks.

I have an urge to change all the furniture around today so that the front room has a space for the Christmas tree.

FarmersWife well done on your promotion :T

Happy Birthday beth smiley-greet003.gif Enjoy yourself x

Tiredmum positive vibes for DS x

DH has just come down an he is making breakfast for me :D so I am off
    Have good days all x

I was just about to type and say I'm waiting in most of the day for Amazon deliveries when I get a knock at the door with a chap delivering three at once, and received one earlier so now I'm ... free... for a couple of hours. I'm night shift tonight so should grab some zzzs, but also have a package to post off for more Amazon seller pennies (doing a lot better than I ever dreamed I would!) and should probably visit the mother.

It was foggy overnight, proper frost all over this morning and while out with the dog saw some Scotch mist too. Hope the weather doesn't spoil anyones weekend plans!
