    Try this link;

    Download, install, update and run a Quick Scan with Malwarebytes' AntiMalware. When complete, choose 'Remove Selected' if there is anything to remove and Reboot your computer.

    After restart, open the program again and go to 'Logs'. Double click on the log produced for today and post the contents here.

    See if you can download DDS from the link below and save it to your desktop:

    Link

    After you've downloaded it and saved it to your desktop, try to run it:
    • Double click DDS to run it.
    • When it's finished, DDS will open two logs:
    1. DDS.txt
    2. Attach.txt
    Save both reports to your desktop.

    Copy & paste the contents of just DDS.txt for now and post it here (you may need to split the log over separate posts)

    Reboot, press f8 on startup till you see the Windows Advanced boot options and choose safemode with networking. See if you can download and install it then.
