  • No its not, are you having similar trouble then with your Zafira ?! x
Pottering down M1 lane 3 car cut out luckily I was able to cruise /weave to hard shoulder . %** scared though.

It then started to happen if I had radio/cd on it would cut out at motorway exit/junctions

Mechanic and Hubby thought Iwas just driving badly as it went to dealer/mechanics/ fault machine and diagnosied no problems!!

AA man told me it is a fault known by vauxhall but not acknowledged - have found others when I goggled problem.

On advise ofother zafia drivers changed ??? by mechanic and so far drives ok with and without radio!!!!:T

I appear to have forgotten to say "happy birthday". I did think it when I have been reading, but I don't appear to have put thoughts to taps. Sorry!

Hope the car issues sort themselves out soon. I'm also of the thoughts why not buy a cheapo £200-£300 for a few months to tide you over. Gotta be cheaper than hiring any day :) and just think about all the naughties that have occurred on the backseats haha.

Dont worry about my birthday Kerri, it feels like a lifetime ago now , but thankyou anyway !

You have really put me off of the cheapo car option now !! I would have to put plastic sheets all over the back seats before letting the girls sit in them. Yuk ! I will fix my old car up for now I think if possible, at least I know exactly where hes been and who has done what in it ! :rotfl:

Would be helpful if we actually had seen each other to have a conversation about a long term solution ! You know exactly how it is Mrs B ! :) In the meantime I will continue to enjoy the bacon sarnies, I may even treat myself to a hot chocolate next time. I have told Mr PG I want to get myself a job at the Auction house, being one of the people that drives the cars in and out while people bid. Stress free and I get to drive all the fancy cars ! Perfect ! :D

Our Citroen had a similar sounding problem. Its coming up for 7 years old now and did this from new but only in the winter months or when it was wet. It took us 5 years of it continuously being in and out of the garage until it was fixed. I honestly cant remember what they found the problem to be int he end, but touch wood its not happened for ages. I hope I haven't jinxed it now though, cant be doing with another car on the blink !

Glad you got your sorted, its pretty scary when they just cut out mid journey isnt it ? xx

:rotfl:Do you know what, I didn't even notice the Bacon Sardines !! Sounds interesting, one for the BBQ maybe ?!! Sardines wrapped in bacon ? Hmmm.

Well today or yesterday as it was went well.

Busy day,one of those where you arent sure what to do first and usually end up not always achieving very much at all.

Bit more work for May dribbling in and we are still picking up work from the Contract we have had for the last few months although its officially now ended.

Girls both sang last night in the pub, so proud ! DD1 sang an Acoustic Version of a Folk Song with a friend who played the Guitar and DD2 sang also. Both were great and enjoyed themselves. Mr PG arrived by the skin of his teeth to watch as well. :D x
