Hee Hee thankyou ! I'm laughing but its not funny really , but it just seems one thing after another with us at the moment. Thats life eh ? Better to laugh than cry x

Oh Pinot, that may not be "personal", but it sure feels like it! I wonder why we even have passwords when they are so easily hacked. There's no way anyone could guess mine, as they're so random, but my twtr account was still hacked a while back.

Our password is completely random as well but somehow they managed to get to it. I would never in a million years have thought it could be hacked. If they had just transferred money from Paypal it would have been easier, but to clear out the Business Account is pretty brutal. I did discover this evening that they have also cleared out the Paypal Account as well. :mad:

Why on earth would someone want to hack a Twitr account ? But then again I I am one of the few people who really doesn't get Twitr, all the hash tagging throws me completely ! Think I am a bit of a lost cause.:o

Not a lost cause, Mrs P, you have a real life, I spend too much time in my virtual one, lol. Sorry, too about the Paypal and business a/c clearance, praying they are refilled by the powers that be in Paypal and Banking lands.

On a bit of a roll today with "Money Stuff" .

Further to my post earlier today re the offer letter received from Aktiv Kapital it appears that they have been in trouble with the OFT for chasing disputed debts. It also appears that they are sending these offers out for debts that they know may not be enforceable in court. I haven't ever requested a CCA for either of our Aktiv Kapital Accounts but it looks as though now may be the time to do it. I can see from the credit reports that both MBNA accounts show as settled and have been sold to Aktiv K@pital. It now remains to be seen if they can provide a CCA. If not they have no entitlement to collect the debt from what I understand.

More letter writing for tomorrow for me x

Right my head hurts now, time for a cold glass of PG and my book I think while I wait for Mr PG's update on his findings on the missing money front today !

Wow as usual life is never dull in the PG household. Awful news re the paypal/bank account situation. Hope you get it sorted quickly.

This morning a letter has arrived from the Bank we have the Business Account with. They have informed us that our overdraft expires on the 24th of this month and they will not be renewing it. :eek::mad:

Really need this like a hole int he head. It is for £5000. They say we haven't been in credit since October which is incorrect. We have a new bank manager who clearly doesnt understand our business. He is telling us we should be advertising our business on facebook to get our domain name noticed. Our business really doesnt rely on facebook for work. We cant take on any more work its impossible, there are not enough hours in the day or days in the week. Grrrrrrr.... I am steaming.If they pull the overdraft on us we really will be up sh*t creek without a paddle. We are taking alot of money from the business admittedly, but we had the three really quiet months and we are paying off inland revenue and paying ourselves as much as poss to clear these debts. I am sooooo furious.

I have rung Mr PG, he already knew but had decided not to tell me until after my birthday next week and after yesterdays events. He said he is putting in a complaint and has a meeting on Monday with them.

Not sure where this saga will end................ x

Off now to wrap the ebay parcels of which someone has stolen all the money I made ! Whoopee !!!
