Well the day didn't turn out great.
We aren't used to spending time together so been a bit fraught to say the least. We are all tired and grouchy
I have just started ironing now at 11pm as there s no uniform for tomorrow and Mr PG is trying to pack so needs things ironed to take with him.
Will try and catch up with everyone tomorrow xLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Well if I have to have one, I want one like this
Sorry the day off didn't go as well as anticipated, it's difficult to spend quality time together when everyone is so tired and much as you want it to be perfect, it turns out the complete opposite.
Lots of hugs and love, I hate ironing too.

Common but totally rubbish though isnt it ?! The last time we spent a whole day together was in January , so its no wonder it was a bit stressful. There was other work rubbish going on as well so there were lots of reason it wasn't the best day, but it was what it was and I will forget all about it now !:)
Mr PG is now a few hours plane journey away and unfortunately wont be back for Easter weekend. Another bone of as its DD2s birthday over the Easter weekend and we promised her he would be back in time as he is missing alot of other things going on this week with the girls. He has also missed a lot of birthdays and Christmases over the years. The client ,who on this occasion organised the travel for us, (I usually do it ) screwed up and booked his flights home on the wrong day.I have yet to break it to her that he wont be around for her birthday as she is once again poorly and I have been back and forth to the doctors again. They think its the viral infection she has had since February and isnt shaking off.
Other news is that Mr PG has had his Ipad stolen whilst away , thankfully he has his laptop with him as well and can do the job ,otherwise there could have been problems but its been a pain getting the SIM and data cancelled.
Must dash , I need to finish some work tonight, sorry I haven't been in and out of the diaries. Thinking of you all though xxLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Sorry to hear you're having testing times in the PG household, MrsPG
Is Miss PG old enough to accept postponing her birthday treat until DH is home?
Am sure you'll give her a lovely day anyway, but waiting until Dad is back would be a good opportunity for another chance at 'family time' especially as DH is working so hard for you all at the moment, and Miss PG will enjoy herself more when she's feeling better (she has my sympathies - it's an evil winter virus this year..).
May the thief who stole DH's Ipad reap the bad karma he deserves!
ps. Ironing is the invention of the Devil.0
