Postie has clearly decided that he is bringing me very boring post of late, so today he decided to come up trumps and deliver me two DCA letters ! Whoopee !! :j
The first from Freds, silly idiots. They claim I am in arrears , I have made no payments for two months and will now take further action. They have had their payments, paid directly into their account via Faster Payment. Numpties !
The second from M00rcr0ft. They are new to me but I rhave ead lots about them. I think I could play some games with this lot which could be lots of fun !
They are chasing a debt which originated from MBNA. It was passed to Arr0w Gl0bal, collection agents were W£stc0t. W£stc0t then decided that I had not paid them. I had, so collection was passed to someone else whose name slips my mind for the moment. I disputed the debt amount with them, W£stc0t and Arr)w. The Account was put on hold last summer. I have heard nothing from anyone since and paid nothing towards the debt. Sit tight, keep and quiet and play it out was the advice I received and which I have followed.
Until today that is when M00rcr0ft decide to write re the collection of the debt. They say they have taken over administration and collection of said account. Sadly they also have the outstanding figure wrong by £216.00. It appears M00rcr0ft are in the habit of trying to collect disputed or Statue Barred debts with no authority whatsoever !!
