  • Haha, love it. Granny in a onesie. They're in all the shops here too. I do know a couple of people who have bought them, they are teenagers/in their early 20s. To be fair, the houses here often have no insulation and never any central heating, and lots are still single glazed, so it can often be colder inside than outside so a onesie would be ideal for staying warm. Me, I have just bought a lovely new thick deep pink dressing gown with white hearts. Not my usually kind of thing but feels like it will be lovely and warm in winter! :D

  • Mrs PG! Not checked in for a while and - oh no - more car trouble! When will we learn eh? Mine seems to be behaving itself... for now! Glad to hear things are going well, and you've guilted me into having a good old tidy up this weekend :-) Bit of a random one, but just wanted to give a bit of MSE love to Mr PG. He works so hard and is always off here-there-and-everywhere but still manages to be there when it counts. Top guy.

My girls have onesies and love them. They certainly kept them cosy last week when we had no heating, in fact DD1 was wearing two at once ! They keep threatening to buy one for me, but so far its not materialised ! Pheww !

I am so glad that we are deserving of your Panto Tickets Granny. :D

Mr Dec, my oh my where have you been hiding ? Great to hear from you, now I need to catch up on your news. Yep car trouble again. The garage has suggested that my beloved car really should now be relegated to the great car heaven in the sky, but Im not sure how we will buy another, so we need to keep it going for now at least.

No exciting other news to say I don't think. Last night was spent being mums bus again until midnight, backwards and forwards to parties and having a houseful of girls to feed. I feel a bit shattered actually today and will be glad when this months is over. I have flown about every Fri and sat night since the end of Jan according to my diary and I really would like a weekend where I dont have to take anybody anywhere and veg out on the sofa with popcorn and movies. :D

Mr PG decided he wanted to come home last night again. It was lovely but he didn't finish work until 11pm, so made it home at 1am and fell asleep as I was speaking to him, literally sitting up and halfway through his dinner. He did get a lie in today and left at 7 so he was thrilled about that.

We are off out tonight, DD1 was treated to 4 Concert Tickets for her birthday, Mr PG is meeting us there after work, so we have a night out together which will be lovely. I am sure the last thing he needs is to be going out tonight and I have no idea if he even knows who is supposed to be going to see , as its all in one ear and out of the other at the moment. But...... I am sure it will be lovely.

Today I am on ironing duties, bedroom tidying nagging and homework jogging along. In the meantime The Cat That Shall Not Be Named has left a beheaded something outside of the back door for us so I need to summon up the courage to remove it. I am not good with half eaten creatures. No amount of bribery is convincing the girls to remove it for me :(

I am not a happy bunny, the girls have not left me alone today and I have got absolutely nothing done that I needed to. Have just chased around after them all day and been on phone sorting things out that's to do with them. Ironign board finally went up at 2 , and thats as far as I hve got not even had a chance to switch it on let alone iron anything.

Sometimes I crave five minutes peace as much as I love them. :o

We need to leave in half an hour to go out. Bang goes the day. xx

Ah the joys of having a family. Ironing is not important in the scheme of things, having a loving but creased family is best!

    Oh I know, I was just having a moment.:o

Ironing is the bane of my life, I detest it with a passion. I never seem to have time to do it, so yesterday I had made the decision that it would be done come what may and when it wasn't I had a paddy !!

Had a bit of a stressy week, have lots of my mind as we all have I know and I took it all out on the ironing pile !

Silly Woman. All is fine today though :o

Had a lovely night out with everyone yesterday.

Mr PG has a day off :D
