On that note, I have had a successful day so far , loads of work done, couple of letters written, all bathrooms cleaned , its a job and a half and one I dont relish . Two wash loads done and the airing cupboard sorted out so I pulled everything out of it last week when the heating was fixed and hadn't had time to sort it and put it all away again. All very mundane chores but needs must.

Nipped to the shops and have grabbed some fruit and veg, collected DD2 from school rather than her getting the bus as she feels icky, got to go back and collect DD2 later as she is finishing an exam after school, quick dinner of noodles tonight then back to school for 6.30. DD1 singing in the Concert tonight. Mr PG says he will hot foot it home to see her and then he will go back to work afterwards. I am trying to persuade him to watch her then work from home tonight if at all possible and go back in the morning instead.

Hope you are all well xxx

    Thanks Skint and Granny !

He made it back in time to watch her sing and he didn't go back to work. We got home at 9.30 and he worked from home for the rest of the evening, leaving at 5 this morning. He was so pleased and proud that he made it home for her. :D

    Was lovely to see him.

Granny I think Skint is right, if times are hard you could audition for the local panto at Christmas with all those Boos !!!

Granny in pantomime. I think she would make a wonderful fairy godmother, we could fly her around the stage with wires and she could cover the audience in fairy dust.....I can see it now....beautiful......
