Still robbing Peter to pay Paul really, but at least its not on cards. I should be greatful really x

And that my darling is the shining success:T. We have all done this, when just 5 years ago I would have stuck anything on the cards (if they weren't already maxed) with no real consideration of how it might be paid back. Things sound tough, but I know you will manage. Have a look through the cupboards, do you have any unused clubcard vouchers to help buy a few essentials? Have a spy online for money off vouchers to help at the supermarket. Anything in the freezer which could be cobbled together? Any leftover veggies - I hear its nice weather for a big bowl of homemade soup!:p

  • Hope things are soon back on the up.....we are all this together you know.;)

I had a little meltdown the other weekend (well major actually) and I got back into bed and chucked my dummy out, refused to do anything, left everyone to fend for themselves, do cleaning, ironing etc. It worked although watching them iron was painfull.

Make sure you look after yourself!!xx

  • Dropping in quickly with an update of sorts. I will try and answer your messages from yesterday later today if I have a chance to get back on here. :o

So the update is.......not much really. I am feeling better I think but still panicking....just realised my car tax due at the end of Feb as well. We are lucky we can use the VAT to tide us over as I said, but its not really ours to spend and if everyone continues to pay us so late then I wont be able to pay the VAT on time, so not only will I have THEM on my case I will have THE OTHERS on my case as well ! Oh we havent spoken to THEM since yesterday morning, they wanted us to call them back and we havent yet, just not had time in between work and sickly children.

Someone else is due to pay by Friday they are usually pretty good. They owe about £600 but the problem is is that on top of everything I was worrying about yesterday that needs paying, the loan is due on Saturday so if that £600 arrives it will be gone again still with nothing left to pay the other bills that are now overdue. Grrr ! Oh and the Accountant needed £13 to file Return . Just hope the cheque doesnt bounce :o

But trying to remain positive and upbeat, we have had interest in another of Mr PGs pictures. The only problem is is that I think she wants it by Valentines day. She hasnt ordered yet so I will panic then I think ! I dont think he has time to make it but we dont want to turn the order away.

I have five more items on ebay, one has just had a £5 bid and still has until next Sunday to go.

I cleared out the understairs cupboard today and found two pictures and three of the girls coats they have outgrown so I will pop them up for sale also. I have cleared out Mr PGs wardrobe and have a sack of clothes that noone would want to buy to send to the Clothes People so hopefully that will bring in about £10 if I am really lucky.

DD2 is feeling better but still not well enough for school tomorrow. She has though felt well enough to ice a giant cup cake that she made on Sunday afternoon before she started to feel poorly and she had also made a very clever edible cup cake case. She definitely does not take after her mother !

DD1 is going down hill fast, she needs to be in school tomorrow as has a portion of her Business exam to do and also has to be at an event after school which also goes towards coursework. She needs to be there until 9.30 pm and I am unsure if she will make it. She is really stressed ( I have never seen her stressed before, this is new ! )She has had two big English exams sprung on her. I am trying to help her constructively but as much as I would love to , I cant do it for her to take the pressure off !

Oooh, managed to drum up another days work for February although the current contract is currently ongoing but they are messing around a bit so we have reserved the right to accept other work from next Monday if they cant commit. Its going well though but is very stressful more for Mr PG than me. He worked a 22 hour day yesterday, went to bed for three hours, started again at 5am this morning and has yet to make it home. He has just called and told me he is working from home tomorrow though so thats good and he can catch up on some sleep. We both look like the walking dead.

So thats my update, I need to rush off now I have just remembered I stripped DD2's bed this morning and havent re made it, so I will sort that out now.

    Thankyou again for yesterday xxx
