I have always fancied chickens, but I think it was actually the pink funky eco hutch thingy I found that looked a bit like an igloo that captured my interest really !
I am terrified of chickens and hens but like the thought of collecting the fresh eggs in the morning although in reality I would send DD2 while DD1 and I squealed from the sidelines ! Maybe it will all remain a pipe dream, just like the one about growing all my own vegetables ! :rotfl:LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

How lovely would it be to just step outside your back door and pick home grown fresh fruit and veg......and have free range eggs........they make it look so easy on the TV, I suppose it is if you know what you are doing.;)
Hope the girls are soon feeling 100%, and you are looking after yourself too.

Mornin gAll,
Girls back at school today, still looking a little pale and pasty though.
Yesterday was another NSD, so I am pleased with that, although today I will need to buy a few bits to package up the picture for postage. I would like to package it nicely, as I always appreciate things with nice wrapping so I will take a trip to Hobbycraft later if I get a chance. I should have thought about it earlier and ordered some things online which probably would have been cheaper, but I was waiting for some money to appear. I listed another picture in a different colour that Mr PG made yesterday, both have had a few views already and some interest although it is a buy it now price. Next week workwise is very quiet although Mr PG is working all weekend until about 9pm. If we happened to sell another picture he wil be able to work on it if the business stays quiet, although I still have a long list of outstanding jobs for him to finish decorating wise !
Sadly most of the outstanding money from December is still not showing. Three invoices have promised to be paid by tomorrow which will mean I can pay the mortage that I am behind with from December and then the predators for January . I have paid £100 towards DD1s Music trip and the water rates bill from the small amount of money that appeared on Tuesday of this week . Once the right money appears in the account I can get my head around the budgeting for this month. We didnt earn enough in December to cover all of our outgoings for January, so there will need to be some juggling. We currently dont have enough work in January to cover Februarys bills either, so this could be a fun few months !!
Mr PG had another early start this morning, we are hoping he may make a few good contacts today as in a round about way we are working for a new client today. Its a slightly different line of work, but something we have done before and have clients who use us, so hopefully he will be able to do a bit of schmoozing and some more work will come our way as and when they need it .
Off to try and drum up some money and some business xLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !
