Oh poop !!! I ran out of time, where do the hours go ?
I could write a mammoth post, but seriously it could fill up a whole load of pages all about nothing really, so maybe I should just start at tomorrow ! Or maybe today !
My Diary a Year old ?!! REALLY ?? I was rubbish at it at first though and it took until January to actually sort the problem and decide on a route to take !
I didnt realise how much I had actually missed you all until I logged back on !!
The Cat That Shall Not Be Named currently crying outside the Broom Cupboard door for his dinner, so I must go again.
Maybe I shall pour a wee vino and come back in a minute !!!LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Actually I wont do a mammoth one, it would go on forever and ever and ever ..............................
So, I am going to attempt to use as few words as possible, not easy for me as you know !
I needed to run away and hide, I was struggling with the whole money thing, the figures werent reducing quick enough, christmas was worrying the life out of me, I felt like a bad mother as you all know . I know that last one is crazy , I really do, and all of you helped me loads with your thoughts on that one, thankyou ! I was feeling guilty as I was finding I had no time to read all of your diaries and felt that I wasnt there to read what you are all going through. You will probably say thats silly, but thats me all over, Mrs Guilty ! Always been that way I am afraid !
Feeling cruddy with the back again, lack of sleep and feeling that I needed to start taking the medication for the pain again, but I really really dont want to go down that route and so far have not done so. I am actually seeing my Surgeon tody so I will see what his thoughts are. I havent been exercising as much as I should, we suspended the gym membership due to funds and also on medical reasons, that I couldnt go due to my back. Not entirely true as I was supposed to be exercising but the membership fees were at the bottom of my list when there were other things needing to be bought. I am exercising at home but I dont think its enough, it could be why I am having problems again.
DD1 started Physio again and they are considering Acupuncture for her , it has been a worry and we have had to change her GCSE choices as due to her injuries she was struggling with certain aspects of her course work for some subjects. Its been alot to sort out. Maths Teacher saga is still ongoing, but that one will take up a post all of its very own I'm sure !
Good News, we gained some work in half term down by the seaside, hired a cottage and took the girls. It was cheaper than if Mr Pinot and I had gone together as we both needed to work on the job and we would have stayed in a hotel room. So we got a working break into the bargain, which was great, but I wish we could have stayed forever !!
Mr Pinot currently out of the country. Not for long though and its a nice contract with a large Company we havent worked with for a few years and another diversity within the business so we cant complain. Work going pretty well . November and December looking quiet but it is always the way this time of year and the work is usually last minute, so I am not panicking......yet !
Company Accounts in, it was a very good year, shame we had to draw so much from the company to pay the bills prior to the DMP. We have the new tax bill. We cant pay it though as we spent last year paying the previous years bill and finished paying that in September of this year. as you can see from my signature I have made payments towards the new bill. Called to make an arrangement to pay with Mr TaxMan who refused. They said we were reliant on it and we should have saved the tax. We explained that we spent last year playing catch up and had to live and couldnt also save for this one. They refused to enter into any agreement. Grrr . But....she said to carry on doing what I am which is paying them something as soon as someone pays us. She gave the impression they may come to an agreement to pay, but just not yet. I hope so, I really dont fancy them knocking on my door.:( Actually I expect they would knock on the Accountants door as the Registered Office, so thats not so scary !! :rotfl:
NHBC, have finally been and confirmed poor workmanship to the roof of our house. They have asked the Builder if they want to make the necessary repairs or if not the job will be contracted out. In the meantime it came to light that there are other problems also, these need to be rectified before they can deal with the roof problem. I am waiting for dates as to who, what , when something will begin. In the meantime I had complained to the Insurance Company as you may remember the saga earlier in the year with them. They sent a cheque for £150 as a goodwill gesture after confirming they had made a pigs ear of what we originally thought to be an insurance claim. :T:T The £150 was a lovely surprise except that someone had tried to get into the envelope and it was posted through the door in pieces so we have had to request another !!
The Company that Did Not Pay - PAID :j:j after being threatened with Legal Action. Money sitting in the business, it wont be used to pay the debts, but we are very happy.
Ebay - I have sold loads. About £400 to be exact with more up for sale as I type. I am really pleased, it will help with Christmas. It is our turn to do the entertaining this year
As far as Money goes - M&S want another review. Grrr. Everyone else appear to have defaulted and majority passed to DCA's. I have heard nothing from the Wesc0t / Arr0w Gl0bal / Rockwe££ Saga. I have paid nothing to them since August as they cant agree who I should pay it to. I am a little unnerved by this, not quite sure whether to keep quiet and sit tight or chase them up. Any ideas anyone please ?
I will pay some predators today and update the Signature later.
I need a new plan. This figure is too high, it needs to go and quickly. It is keeping me awake at night again, along with the back pain and general other panics..........oh and the car broke down last week
So thats my update, sort of ..........there is loads and loads and loads more I could write. Lots has been happening, but I wont, so Im going now !

I have over 20,000 in my gmail account. Every now and then I go through and search for things like Amazon or Ebay and just do a mass delete of those. It's amazing how much you can get rid of that way.HSBC CC - £3000 / £3000

Great to hear from you.
Please don't fret about catching up with other diaries or posting on them. You've got a lot going on in your life, work, family, debt busting, the house etc. I read a lot of diaries but don't always have time to post (particularly if I sneek on at work!!). Sometimes just a click on the 'thanks' button is enough.

Thankyou Alice !
When people are kind enough to take the time to read and post on mine, I do feel that I would like to read their diaries as well and it certainly helps just hearing how everyone copes in their own ways and deals with what life throws at them . I ahve had trouble even finding the time to read recently let alone post though, thats why I felt so bad !LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !
