    Dear Sirs,

Please find attached a copy of the initial notice to creditors in respect of the above company.

    Kind regards

The main gumpf was in a PDF, which I've uploaded to my wbeserver:

    binarytweed.net/Pre%20appointment%20notices.pdf

Unfortunately I can't post links as I'm a forum newbie.
  • I have been monitoring this forum & had followed advice giving turnintocash a deadline to pay me having stated I would refer to trading standards + make a claim

The deadline has now passed but I too have received a notice to creditors which having viewed DeejUK's post is exactly the same

Does this now mean there is no chance in getting my money or at the least my goods back?
  • Hi There

I'm afraid ive received the same notice to creditors which I received today, im assuming that there will be more chance of hell freezing over then any of us getting either the money or the goods back, i'd gladly go up thier and get my 100+ DVD's if i could do.

Extremely angry and dissapointed in this company and I have to admit after not hearing from them from over 3 months and then managing to write to them, after the 6th time they did respond. Not that matters anymore.
  • Having not received any money for my cds since sending in Jan, today, 11th May, have received email detailing notice to creditors. Can only think they've gone bust. It doen't explain what we should do though and lists charges for getting money back which are far more than we'd receive for the cds.
Does anyone know how we proceed with this?

I too have received a pdf notice that TurnIntoCash are going into administration.
I do not understand the notice I've been sent.
What do I need to do to get my items back or the money I'm owed?

it looks like their customers are being considered creditors, as you've supplied them with good and are expecting payment for those good. totally different scenario than if you'd paid them for something and not received it.
  • Hi, I've been waiting for £32 ish (not a lot I know but its still money owed to me) since January and have also heard nothing from them since feb when they said my items were being "tested". Ive sent them numerous emails and have only received the automated response " were very busy at this time please bear with us"etc. I also received the PDF email like above posts. I have now opened a small claims court case against them (which was very easy to do) so hopefully something will come of that.

Foodie1, your abit late with the small claims as now the company has been liquidated, you will not be seeing your money or cds.
I to used this company and i feel that MSE have to at least say sorry for recommending them on their website just over 6 months ago, as it is now clear the company wasn't set up to handle the large volumes and process the orders and cash follow was also a factor.

I went with this company following MSE's endorsement also - thankfully, I got my money after I initiated small claims against them in March. I think it's totally disgusting that people will not get their money or even their items returned to them.
