I used their courier service and sent one box to them in January, I have continued to chase them. Their phone is a permanent voicemail saying inbox full and cannot take further messages. My account has been shown received and being tested since March. I have emailed and had no reply. I demanded either payment by 15th March or to be couriered back to me but still to date I have heard nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.0

Does anyone know if i have to do anything more as regards the small claims business - do i let them know that they've paid up?
Thanks so much for your help on this thread - i wouldn't have had a clue about small claims if it wasn't for you guys! :T
The letter received from the SCC stated I had to inform them as soon as I had an outcome. Probably best to close the case just to be sure.'I solemnly swear that I am up to no good'0 -
Done the small claims court form on line on Sunday 15th received full amount + £25 costs (£88 in total) on Friday 20th. Seems this is the only way to get your money back, I too got the emails saying some were scratched etc only a day before cheque arrived, so ignore them, you will get the full amount if you go through the court route..:j :j :j :T :T0

I sent two separate packages , both worth £10 in late DEC.
Do you think I should risk spending another £25 (small claims court form) in the hope of getting my 2x £10?
Thanks!
What a rude company! I've had ZERO problems with Music Magpie.0 -
Just to report I got my cheque last week (sorry for delay in posting!) for the FULL amount plus £25.00 small claims court fees.
Feels good to be able to put it all behind me. Keep pressing and hopefully you'll all get your money as well soon...

I made a claim through the small claims court. I hadn't heard from Turnintocash since i sent my packages in January. I put the claim in on line on the 23rd April then suddenly on the 26th i got emails confirming my orders but telling me my DVDs and CDs were scratched so would not pay for all of them - my orders came to just under £140 but they were only going to pay out just over £100! I know that the stuff i sent was in perfect condition. However in their email they didn't even mention the small claim. Yesterday i got home to a cheque for the FULL amount they originally quoted plus my £25 court fees... I have gone and banked the cheque this morning and hopefully it will clear! Will let you know if it is successful. Thank you for your help... i would strongly recommend anyone else in my position also initiative the small claims process.0
