I too had cd's collected by a courier on the 1st February and my account status is showing awaiting receipt, i have in fact only just emailed them today as it slipped my mind. Really hope this is just a case of an extremely poorly run establishment rather than a scam company. galprincess whos number is that, that you are advising us to call?

Turn into cash are a nightmare! they've had my CD's and DVD's for nearly 2 months now and I still haven't received payment or any communication. Now they are not answering the phone and not replying to emails :-( now I find out there has been a data leak and I can't find out if my details are all over the internet.
EPIC fail. I've lost £50 worth of my things and have no payment. Definitely DO NOT USE this company

And I was being polite.

Courier picked up over £90 of CD's and DVD's on the 20th December 2011.

After many phone calls and emails was assured that my parcel was being checked and I'd received my money soon.

Email arrived 27th January 2011 with the results of the testing. It seems that some of my DVD's had failed - the most expensive ones funnily enough - even those that had never been opened!!! Still, according to them, I was due around £70.

Cheque for £8.70 arrived a week later!

Numerous emails later ( I know they've been read as I requested a read receipt) and not even the politeness of a reply.

Spoke with Manchester Trading Standards (a complete waste of time if you ask me) and reported the matter to them.

So, quite clearly this outfit is incompetent and you should most definately steer clear.

As for the recommend on this website last November, I suggest Mr Lewis's team spend a little more time in their research and an apology from them should be in order too. Money saving expert has become money losing expert - 0 out of 10 Mr Lewis, must try harder!!!!

My friend works there, the staff are worried about wages and have been told they may soon be out of work! The company was not set up to scam people but they are now struggling. Up to you if you take the chance but I wouldn't touch it! I'll see if he can get me robs number for ya later!

Insider that may be true but they could have sent stuff back or closed website etc the fact they are still taking peoples things and no contact from them doesnt help. I just want my things back or payment so is there any chance of getting things back or payment? i am more annoyed i was ignored and they contacted me straight away to take my things but after that no contact its the fact we cant contact him i would appreciate a way to contact him!!!!

I sent 2 packages to this company totaling nearly £210 back at the end of Dec 2011. I only got an email confirming the arrival 24/01/2012 & have heard nothing since.
I called Company House who were able to tell me that the company still existed but nothing more. They are not answering phone calls or emails.
I see from some of the posts on here that people have eventually received their money after months but I'm not convinced I will ever get anything.
Be warned!

Are the police taking it seriously? Will call them if it will help? Got replies to my emails initially when asking about printing labels and first inquiry as to if they had received goods, now sent about 4 or 5 emails over last week and no reply!
