    I e-mailed them on 9th Feb, 13 days after my parcel was collected (29th Jan). They replied on the same day, 2hrs later.

    The address I used was support@turnintocash.com

    This is why I e-mailed them after 13 days, I thought that double the initial time frame was a bit much and as you say, there is nothing on the website about any delays.
    Having read this thread I'm now expecting it will take a few more weeks, as long as I get my money I dont mind but I find the service poor & wont be using them again.
    I will e-mail them again today asking for an update & report back if I get a response...

    I've emailed them twice; 2 weeks ago and again last week. Neither of those enquiries got a response. It doesn't make sense why they wouldn't respond to my enquiries, yet answer you within 2 hours :huh:
  • I managed to write down their telephone number prior to it being removed from their website: 0161 441 4231.

    It sounded like they had two members of staff dealing with enquiries, Laura was one of them. Last call to them was on 07.02.2012

    The number just rings and rings now!

    2 x Directors of company; one is Peter Petrondas, also a Director of Redeem (recycling) based in Scotland. His PA is Helen, on 01324 678 900. Trying to reach him to find out why the service is so poor!! 6 weeks and still no cheque or update even though they confirmed receipt on the phone. Breach of 3 T&C's. One for Trading Standards?
  • Well I have sent my items to this company and they have failed at every level to meet the terms of their contract. My parcel was collected by courier in the New Year and to date I have still received no communication from them. Their phone just rings out now and nobody answers my calls. I have emailed them again this morning and if i do not hear from them by the end of the week I shall contact my local trading standards!!

    Any feedback guys??

  • I sent this company lots of cds worth £150 on 27th Jan had email to say received on 1st feb i called few days later and they said would be a bit longer due to back log anyways got nowhere still "awaiting receipt" i contacted consumer direct and was told turnintocash.com just website their actual main address for turnintocash ltd is 16 hamfon drive, bollington,macclesfield, cheshire,sk10 5ss so i am going to write to them and if get nowhere then legal proceedings maybe watch dog too!!!!! I have pretty much faced facts i wont get a cheque and they are scammers they have a proper trading company but seem to open comanies then shut them and open new ones in a space of 6 months!!!!
  • It's going bust and have accepted hundreds of packages without paying for them, they have removed their number from the website so that you can't complain, Rob Fox is not a man to be trusted, SEND NOTHING!!!!!!!
  • Insider how do you know its going bust? how do we all get our money then?
  • I just called 08456029848 which are the company that can tell you if a comapny are going into liquidation and they are not!!!!! Insider where did you get your info from? I am a trainee solicitor and as far as i know we could all call the police as our goods are stolen they have been taken and not paid for or just write to them other than that its a case for court with no guarantees of payment and can be very costly!!!!
