When did you send the parcel Jingscrivvens?
I still think they have a bigger than expected uptake of their services are are just simply overwhelmed with parcels and are slowly trying to make some sense of the backlog.0 -
When did you send the parcel Jingscrivvens?
Sent the parcel on 13/12/11, so it took about a month incl Xmas/New Year hols for them to "receive" it (in other words for it to work its way to the front of the pile in their warehouse).
Some people have legitimate gripes about rejections, but I also think they've just not got the resources to throw at the backlog.0 -

They shouldn't have advertised on the TV if they didn't have the staff to cope with the influx.
They also shouldn't have stored customers details (Username, password, home address and phone number) in plain text format, resulting in thousands of customers details being leaked online (See post 54 onwards of this thread for details).0 -
I'm so glad I just looked at this post! I have just amended my musicmagpie order thinking I was being clever, transferring over a bunch of CDs to turnintocash.com. Doing that generated an extra £10, making a total of £67 for about 40 CDs, however by the sound of it I actually stand to lose money if, like others, my order goes missing or is rejected.
Think I'll cancel my order and stick with musicmagpie!0 -
Probably be faster that way0

Got my cheque through yesterday. Total waiting time approx 7-8 weeks, compared to musicmagpie which was around 3-4 tops. Terrible customer service and a complete lack of response to anything sent via email - as I've said before, I won't be using these again.Where there's a will, there's a way to get something cheaper from somewhere else!!0

Was it for the correct amount Kane or did they reject items?0

I trusted MoneySavingExpert to be advertising a legit company, but looks as if they’re scammers. I haven’t heard anything, Posted Beg of Jan and still awaiting receipt. They owe me £60.
Next time, i’d rather sell to Magpie or ebay, far less stress, worry and hassle. Is there anywhere to complain to get either my goods or money back??
Not happy at all. Waste of time.0 -
