I got this email last night, and after a bit of digging, went on to the Pastebin site (where there's a CSV list of over 1600 names). I registered with Pastebin, and then asked them to remove the page, but of course it's not a good time of year to expect anyone to pick up on this.
It could be that the person who sent everyone the email (Leakinformer) was the person who actually posted the data onto Pastebin - or perhaps not, perhaps s/he was just a kindly soul who wanted to let us know, although the "Hope you don't mind - Have a great new year" bit really wound me up!
I then emailed rob.at.turnintocash.com, asking him what he was doing about this, and to his credit, he replied within minutes, as follows:
We have been informed about this and are working on the issue as we speak the attack is malicious and is being treated very seriously
In addition we have informed the police and will be working closely with them to find the source of the leak and intend to prosecute the individual when they are identified
Rest assured we are treating this very seriously and will deal with the issue as quickly as possible

Don't count on it. I'm still waiting on replies for emails I've sent to their Support Team email over the last couple of weeks. Guess they shut down over Christmas or something?

I sent off a parcel to turnintocash on 1st December, the status changed to received last week and is now being checked.
I have not used this kind of service before but over a month now and no cash, is this how it works and am I just impatient.
I thought that the turn around would be a little quicker to be honest 5 weeks and still counting at the mo - at least they have changed the status to checking now though, I was a bit worried for a while.0 -
Still nothing from the parcel sent on the 12th December, my only guess is that they are overloaded with parcels and are slowly trying to get though the backlog of stuff.0

That's good news Kane99uk. I'm still at "awaiting receipt" after posting on 13/12/11.
More good news is that (re the hacking of the site) the pastebin.com site has removed the page which contained the details of how to carry out the hack, and the list of our details. Also, the hack itself now doesn't work on the turnintocash.com site, so they've plugged that. :T
Who knows what else is lurking in that code, however. And our details are still out there somewhere.0 -
Email received last night, all items tested ok and to full value as well. Should be receiving another mail inside the next week to confirm a cheque has been posted.

I don't think a lot of people will judging by what many MSE members have said and other general reviews on the net0 -
I sent them an order a couple of weeks ago and it still says awaiting receipt, I also sent an order to music magpie on the same day and they have emailed me today to say they have tested all of my items and are sending me a cheque tommorrow, im not happy about the amount of time it is taking turnintocash to acknowledge they have recieved the order and I have emailed them and I will see what happens.0

Judging by my experience, plus other comments within this thread, looks like 3-4 weeks is the usual turnaround time to get a "package has been received" email, then another week or so for it to pass through testing depending on volume of items sent.
With regards to their customer service email address, I have yet to receive anything back from them following the numerous queries/complaints I've sent to them.Where there's a will, there's a way to get something cheaper from somewhere else!!0 -
Nearly a month after sending off a parcel I have heard nothing back to say that they have received it.
I shall not be using them again0
