    Hello!

I've heard a lot of mention of lentils being added to bol sauce. What kind of lentils should I use? (Have green and dried split red) I am a lentil virgin...
For some reason, I always tend to use red if a tomato based sauce and green if gravy ... works every time.

my new curtain lining has arrived, it is different from other stuff I have used before. It is white on one side and cream on the other and quite stiff,

does it matter which colour faces out?

What is very stronger flour? I was looking for bread flour in Asda yesterday, very strong flour was cheaper than strong flour.

    Thanks,

    Hi Chell,

I didn't know the answer to this so did a quick google and apparently very strong flour has a higher protein content and gluten strength than strong flour.

    Hi findinghappiness,

If I'm adding lentils to bolognese I usually use red because they really can't be identified by my family. ;)
