What is very stronger flour? I was looking for bread flour in Asda yesterday, very strong flour was cheaper than strong flour.
Thanks,
Chell
Hi Chell,
I didn't know the answer to this so did a quick google and apparently very strong flour has a higher protein content and gluten strength than strong flour.
