I've used this recipe from the wonderful Rhonda-Jean's website. It is the one for concentrated laundry powder using just 3 ingredients -soap flakes, borax and soda crystals. It certainly works but I got fed up with traipsing to Boots for the borax which only comes in small packets.0

Is there any specific kind of soap that I could use to make this a more effective cleaner? It works fine for coloured stuff, but anything pale or white doesn't get properly cleaned.0
