It's not a ploy,. They are entitled to reject the adjudicators decision and ask for it to be sent to an actual ombudsmanNon me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

I received a ppi payout from Lloyd’s 2 years ago (2017) but never received the final conclusion letter. I recently chased this in order to claim the tax that was deducted and when I received the letter it stated that i had received 1/2 the payment and the other party would be contact regarding the outstanding balance! This was new to me especially as the other party is my wife! We never received any further correspondence regarding this payment and Lloyds never mentioned this throughout the entire process. I am due to contact Lloyd’s but would also like to know if anyone knows if Lloyds are still liable to pay out despite the deadline being last August.0

I had a letter saying Lloyds had no record of my mortgage, account or insurance payments, yet this week I received a small cheque from Scottish Widows and a letter saying they had mistakenly taken an amount from my mortgage insurance payments...
Should I now write back to Lloyds and ask why they couldn't find something that was obvious enough to Scottish Widows?

send your own evidence of the PPI from your files or ask Scottish widows for an account number associated to the insurance policy and submit that.helpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0
